| First! Sorry for the blank post just now!! Great episode, although it's just flashback. It brings back lots of memories from Naruto(first season), and they always like to put these flashbacks at these kind of climax periods... Pretty decent episode for a flashback episode. The next episode will be a flashback too.. So yeah! Enjoy! :D |

| Cool, enjoyed this flashbacks and it's nice to see them newly animated. Loved it!! I just really wanna switch the new OP with the ED. The ED was just epic with Naruto and Sasuke fighting. |

| Enjoyed the first half. The second half are scenes we seen so many times already. Don't tell me the next few episodes are also just flashbacks.. because then I would prefer actual fillers than recap episodes. On a brighter note, its nice to see the young Team 7 again. :D Can't say I'm too fond of the OP but I do like the new ED. It kind of screams out NaruHina and SasuSaku, but I'm not a fan of either of those two, so meh. |

| Okay episode. I'm not really into neither fillers nor flashbacks, so it's quite easy to tell how I feel about a combination of both. Nevertheless, it wasn't anything too bad. A small reminder of how the friendship between Naruto and Sasuke developed could also be nice to carry with the coming of the next arc in May, and the re-usage of old OSTs was epic. As for the new OP/ED... Well to be honest, I actually like Newsong better than Totsugeki Rock. At least the art improved in this opening, though not by a long shot. That Ending, however, completely decimated the new Opening. Song, scenes, THAT'S the kind of themes I want. 3/5, looking forward to May! |
| Everyone is jumping too much into conclusion that because J.C. staff is doing it. It's gonna end up badly. It hasn't even started it. Give them a chance at least. And when the time comes and they actually ruin it. We can all go to Japan, go to J.C. staff and burn their offices. I'll pay for the trip lol - alpha69 about the Little Busters! anime. |

| WTF is wrong with the producers? This opening? After the previous one, even worse!!! I really really think about putting Naruto on-hold. Fillers? As of now, it seems only 4 episodes. But I think thay may increase it like old times. |
| Wow the new opening end ending are great! I've watched both of them over 5 times already! xD Can't get tired of them! This episode was very nice. I liked that the old scenes in this flashback were completely redone from scratch. The animation was really great in this one! |

| I feel like we got trolled with the new OP. I was expecting them to go all out on it but it seems like we got a mediocre one, which resembles the previous, as if it wasn't bad enough. Oh well, seems like we will have to settle with this for the next couple of months. The new ED was good though. As for the episode itself: Well, despite literally getting only 1 minute of new canon plot it was pretty good. I expected this to be a filler but it seems like we will be getting an reanimated recap of the series instead, which is rather welcomed by me. But seriously - getting to hear Naruto OST 1 = automatic nostalgia. 4/5 overall. |
| All we talk about are the OP and ED :D Previous OP was bad, new one is better but still bad and action in it doesn't look good, either. I like the new ED but not as much as the previous one which was great if you ask me. Music is good and animation stuff also, especially Sasuke vs. Naruto. It's ridiculous how different they are in terms of quality. |

| The new Opening was shit. I was so disappointed. But the new Ending was AMAZING. I love UNLIMITS. Looks like they are going to recap whats happened so far, and I love that idea. This episode took me back to first starting Naruto. Loved it. |

| So much to say: Surprisingly, great episode.. they remade the fights and added extra actual action and threw away all the lame talking, exactly how episodes 5 & 6 should've been. Good animation, although young naruto's head is much bigger than his body, and 12-year old Naruto suffers the opposite problem. I'll always prefer Shippuden's music but it felt really nostalgic listening to Part 1 tracks. The opening was the opposite of the old one, good animation, shitty song. Seriously this is pretty much the final arc, add serious songs that fit the mood The ending song was amazing, 10/10. For a recap episode, loved it. I'm actually not gonna skip the next 3. 4/5 |

| Usually I'm the first one to get pissed off about fillers, but I've gotta be honest, this was pretty cool. First off, it's only gonna be four weeks, and we all know that fillers can go on for MUCH longer than that. More importantly though, I'm actually kinda into this, it's more like an official abridged series (because two unofficial ones already exist) with sweet animation highlighting all the best parts of the series. |

| I enjoyed it, recap ;) It reminds me that it's already ten years of anime, and almost four years since I started watching it. The best things about this ep were old, good OSTs, which I love so much. I hope next week we'll get some Haku <3 Btw, I usually love Naru ops&ends but this one is... Kinda feels like Seishun Kyosokyoku, though it was still better IMO. I liked previous one better. Same with ending, which is pretty good (but UNLIMITS song Haruka Kanata for Bleach was better), but still not as good as By My Side and Place To Try, which were DAMN good. I'm a little disappointed :| 4/5 |

| filler where they add new lore and rewrite minor things, honestly i was hoping they wouldn't cut the part where kakashi acts like hes about to kill them after sasuke gives naruto his lunch...but they did at least the rewritten footage in ultimate storm generations was tasteful and kept the "must haves" new opening is bleh 0 improvement from previous, new ending is not bad to pretty good at least the bleach openings, even filler, were still decent, imo naruto hasnt had a good opening since Lovers |
| Let the bitching begin.... The new OP reminds of the 6th Naruto one. Ending was amazing. I consider the ED to be the actual OP I love seeing old Naruto. Reminds me back when i barely started watching it. I miss the old soundtrack. |

I'm actually not gonna skip the next 3. 4/5 I don't think this is the final arc, kishimoto never mentioned anything bout the war being the final arc of the story. He just said that "naruto is coming close to its end and i hope you all enjoy its final moments but i still have lots of story to cover and the ending is not going to change, but trying to get to that specified ending is going to be the challenge" or something close along those lines. That was only last year. My bet is their is probably one final arc after the war arc, usually in manga, they mentioned on the cover pages that the arc would be the final of the story and kishi didn't do that. But the war is probably one of the most significant story arcs in the series thats for sure. Also we will be seeing multiple openings/endings through out this arc in any case, hopefully the 2nd opening is better. Maybe if were lucky this opening is only for the filler arc lol, but thats wishful thinking. I am very dissapointed though in the opening they chose, especially considering some of the high value moments that are coming in the story. Its just not suitable at all. |

| Lol, I forget everything I watched in part 1 YEARS ago anyways, so I think it's kinda nice to see it with a fresh coat of paint, as opposed to people who probably marathoned Naruto long after the anime was done. Also, the new OP doesn't bother me too much I guess... strange song but better animation. I love the ED though. Such good scenes that give me nostalgia. Music is pretty good too. I feel like the EDs in Naruto are almost ALWAYS better than the OP nowadays(especially Place to Try and By My Side, those were DAMN good). |
