| I remember many many chapters ago I was expecting Ildeung to be some kind of antagonist or just plain terrible guy. Now he's pretty much the most respectable character. |

| Finally, Ildeung is becoming normal and humble. I'm starting to like this guy the more I know about him. And I hope that L will be ok. I'm wondering what is going to happen to him. |

| So...did L really push the manager down? :I I really liked Ildeung's epiphany in this chapter. “Now I understand. The magician isn’t crazy. People are making him into a crazy person. Because he doesn’t fit into the frame the adults had made.” It's true though, because everyone has this idea of a normal life. This is really reflective of I think the Korean society, and probably Japanese as well, if not, most East-Asian countries. That you have to live a respectable life. But being a magician doesn't git into that. I don't blame the police and the adults for thinking that it's really L, since who would think about someone framing L? No one even really knows him, and even if one or two people do, it's easy to say that he hasn't shown his true nature. Anyways, I'm really proud of Ildeung, he's come the farthest in this, and probably become the most likable character. |

looking at this picture now, i now see that this story is extremely interpretive. in the comments, someone believes that the airheadedness of ildeung has vanished and his "real" face had come because he was humbled. i don't agree with this because he never really wanted the rich life even before he met the girl and the magician, he just didn't know you what he really wanted. for me, his head represented the thoughts and pressures he was forced into by his family and lifestyle, and it had grown more and more when he aged. now, he has finally let that go by the end of the ep. honestly, i thought he would the terrible character that yun ai actually had to be afraid of, instead of the magician. and when he half-teamed up with hannah, i thought he would definitely be the character turned from bad to worse. but even before this "transformation" i saw him growing as a character and am happy this happened with him instead. also, the black haired kid from the previous chapter was probably the faker. 5layer said: I remember many many chapters ago I was expecting Ildeung to be some kind of antagonist or just plain terrible guy.
