And no, Key has never given any true hints of working on anything anime-related for LB before their answer to why there was no LB anime some months back. I think the news conference about LB, The Portable version of LB and now this "slip" shows they have a vested interest in the franchise at the moment. Besides, LB is the only project they can work with at the moment. Rewrite is still too "new" if we go by their usual standard and Planetarian is not exactly their most popular title. If anything, Little Busters was long past due for an anime. |

| Been waiting for this...now the torment really begins as more information trickles out. I'm hoping for a split here really. 24 - 26 episodes main season. Perhaps 13 more for Refrain? I just hope we dont get another rush job like Angel Beats was. At least that was ok as it wasn't really adapted from anything. This on the other hand will really piss the VN crowd like myself off if it's so squashed that it's barely an adaption. I mean look at Zero no Tsukaima F for an example of so squashed its barely recognisable. I'm excited about it though, since I finished Refrain I have wanted to see the adaption and I hope, truly hope it's Jun Maeda that is in charge of the script as he is a dramatic genius. |

| So i heard Little Busters is fairly similar to Angel Beats, which i liked...but probably would have loved if it was 24-26 episodes. If this news is true, and this show is two-cours, i'll definitely watch. |

Deen makes the same mistakes in every single VN adaptation they do...and they do at least one of them a year. VNs are hard to adapt, especially if the studio doesn't know what their doing and has a poor track record. I would rather it remain forever in VN format than get an anime of it done by some trash studio like JC Staff or Deen. Also, yes...I plan on reading the VN. I was just waiting for the EX patch, but if this is getting done relatively soon I might as well just get the regular version instead. |

| I don't know, I can sense incoming fail. I just don't believe in anime adaptations, even after re-watching actually not screwed up Kanon (2006) quite a few times. Well whatever, I know the story already, so I'll watch it only for animated Kud anyway. :P I'd be more happy to hear that EX routes were already translated... |
| It's going be a ridiculously hard adaptation given how the story is told then. But it could also be ridiculously good. Rather it not be adapted then adapted half-assedly. It's a great VN, shouldn't get the FSN treatment. |
