This happened a few days ago. As a fellow Filipino, I was kinda sad and offended by the Argentinian's actions.

was this just because he lost to a filipino?

dang those people must have gambled their life on that match.
NEETs (No Employment Education Training) are the least desirable people anybody would want to hire and yet they are the first choice to become moderators/admins around the internet. They have yet to have established a sense of responsibility or role in society and many are plain leeches (with minor exceptions). They are given "authority" to police sections of the internet with the powers of The Judge, Jury, and Executioner. Isn't that weird?

People in Argentina just can't accept defeat. Our fellow Filipino boxer won fair and square. Now the IBF is investigating the incident.

If their favorite fighter wins, then there will be a riot on their victory, if the fighter loses, than there will be a riot whining about their loss, either way, a riot happens? =O

Well we (Canada) did have a riot on the Vancouver streets when that hockey team lost last year. You can read it on Wiki. It's debatable which one is worse...

Apparently in America sports riot is a common thing, who knew?

The fighter from Argentina was recently banned indefinitely by the IBF I believe. Not for the riot, but for mouthing off at the ref during the fight. The riot afterwards was just insult to more insult I guess.

I've heard of this from my papa, and he shouted "U mad?!" and called the entire household lol
About the issue, it's perfectly normal to be disappointed if your country's player lost to someone else but to assault them? How unethical.
