I've been repeatedly trying to upload a picture for Aquarion EVOL's Cayenne Suzushiro (for example, this one), but all requests come up with the following error:

Unable to upload new resized image (/app/shared/docroots/, try again or contact Xinil.
Problem uploading picture, this is an invalid image. We suggest resaving the image in a different format and re-uploading.

I am definitely submitting 225x350 pictures. I've tried different ones, saving them as either .jpg or .png files, with different compression rates, different software... but all of them are a no-go. Am I doing anything wrong that I'm not noticing?

I'm having the same exact problem with the 225x350 character picture I'm trying to submit and I also tried the same methods like saving/changing file formats to.gif/.jpg/.png, etc...same error. >_<

The character picture uploader is currently down. Xinil is in the process of fixing it.

Apparently, it's still down nearly a month later. Hopefully it will be back up soon.

Or would re-submitting the character + picture (after requested removal of the entry with no picture) be an acceptable workaround?

I don't mean to be rude but... is this issue really being worked on?
