| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Nothing really special. A episode about Asia x Issei and some Issei x Rias mainly. The 2 people were funny in it. I liked a lot the samurai guy. Reminded me a little of Bishamon from Darkstalkers except he is way cooler. There was this other guy in Sword of the Immortal that looked like that Samurai guy. The other guy was funny too but plain weird. I don’t know WTF they are doing for next episode but it does not look like Phenix yet. That is too bad because I want to see before the seasons ends the real Church people. Those who have angels on their side. Not fallen ones. At this rate I am not sure. Regardless fan service for Asia and Rias have been quenched on the many who shall see this episode. At least it made more sense than last episode. Meh, at least they are going to put the fad of slime melting clothing and some other gimmicks of ecchi. Could be good since last I remember good of that was in ToLoveRU season 1. |

| Rias hugging Issei in front of everyone was surprising that never happens in most harem anime. I liked Asia's shower scene and Toujou's bopping Issei with a lobster for his perversion. Looking forward to the acid slime and tentacles next ep with melting clothes. |

| The guy getting excited about sister's underwear. The guy needing training... with bucho and sister girl. Wow, sister is living with him!! lol~ wedding training!! But bucho seems sad about being "bride", or thinking about something. Sister girl is in the same class, and is going to debut fast... like vice president's skill. The guy is going instead. lol @ the guy wanting to Mahou Shoujo!! The guy and bucho are sleeping together by accident! Another girl from foreign country who is really into Japan culture! And the guy he loves is also kind of like her!! So that hinting bucho having a fiance arranged by her family? (with asking about couple and being sad) Hug between the guy and bucho are nice. Nice break before new group of enemy appearing next ep. (with megane!!) |

| Not much happened this episode but had its funny moments like the Mahou Shoujo guy. Ecchi was on par though next episode looks promising. |

| I wonder why they make such diffrences between the Manga/Novel and the Anime. For example, when Asia was supposed to go and make her first contract, in the Anime, she didnt´t, but in the Manga she did ( together with Koneko ) and Issei stayed at the club house. And there are also no "little tentacle thingies" as it was seen in the preview for the next episode - Whats the point of making such diffrences? |

Maybe because they wanted something a bit different than the manga? They don't have to stick to the manga plot, after all if anyone wanted to be shown the original material's plot... they could just read the original material... Besides, it's not some awesome source that they have to religiously follow to the last word because otherwise they would lose the whole point of it... It is no Umineko, it is just your average echii harem, as long as there are boobs and booties and some semi-decent plot it's gonna be right on it's target... |

| Seems like Rias is falling for Issei, pretty predictable but nice all the same, it also seems like the idea of forced marriage rang a bell both at the end and when she was talking about practicing being a bride, so perhaps the harem king possible antagonist is the one she doesn't want to marry? because theirs no way she looked happy in either one of those scenes. In any case it seems like the harem king is gonna be the final boss which is fine by me since they even show Issei fighting with him in the OP so it should be good. |

| The knight and armor couple were funny. Nothing much happened, but we've been needing a fun episode to counter all the seriousness! I dunno whether I like IsseixRias or IsseixAsia more...they're both cute...(though with Asia it seems more like he actually cares about HER, and not just her body.) Speaking of, Rias was murmuring something about "shape doesn't only matter"...pretty sure that is the case with Harem King.... |

| This ep is kinda like a filler, though it isn't entirely one since it showed Rias's feelings which is most probably linked to the next arc. But yeah, a little change of pace is always good. At least not like Naruto's fillers .____. Every few episodes comes a filler lolol. The armored couple was pretty lame but oh well, there was some lulz going on there. And the Mahou Shoujo guy trololol. Loved the last few minutes of the ep. So sweet, with Rias hugging Issei and all. I prefer IsseixRias to IsseixAsia haha. Anyway, looking forward to the next ep. Slimessssssssssss. |

| I had thought they wouldn't bring that Mii-tan part back. It was Issei's first job when he started as a devil but it makes for an interesting filler here. But wtf is material from vol 8 in here? That armored couple part was chapter1 from vol 8, recently translated in BT. Kawasumi Ayako though so it's okay. But where the hell is my dream sequence before Issei woke up and they began training? That was essential for things to come. Shit, and here I thought when Raiser appeared in the last few seconds last episode they would just make this episode as a breather/filler and then get on to the story in vol2. Preview suggests otherwise. I'm guessing the slime parts are from the other volumes, still untranslated so I can't tell where. That new character with megane gets introduced in vol3. They're reaaally messing up the order of events. And I thought they were doing so well with covering vol1. Sigh. The manga version is doing better with the story but at least we get some delicious Rias in here with Hikasa Yoko's voice so best not complain too much. tl;dr Looking for a plot in a show with plenty of boobs and nipples. What was I thinking. The novels has a decent plot though. |

| another great episode - this one was a nice breather, more on the comedy/sexy side than the battle side - was that "magical girl" not the scariest thing ever? this show continues to impress me with it's humor and beautiful art - good show to watch for unwinding from a long and stressed out day........... |

| it seems to me that the new conflict will be the arranged marriage of Rias...i mean when they talked about wife and marriage she was so odd and then at the end, hugging Issei... will be interesting...that how an ecchi series should be...:D |

| Will there be only 12 Episodes as a whole , or are these 12 Episodes just the first "season" ? Cause the Novel featueres 11 Volumes, and 6 Episodes of the Anime were like 1 whole volume. Even the "Phenix arc" , there happens so much, they just cant fit it in 6 Episodes |

| Haha, I loved the way Issei's parents talked about him and Asia. The confession was also damn funny. A samurai and a knight, both clad in armor. Too bad Issei didn't get the chance to receive her end of the bargain either. I wonder what Rias is day-dreaming about constantly. I looks like she had some kind of bad experience with love in the past. "Rias could it be that you've..." That she has what? Fell in love with Issei? |

Yes it does seem that she's falling in-love with him but her daydreaming along with his words at the end made me think that she probably has someone she's suppose to be with as a member of a high demon family and she has conflicting feelings about it since she probably doesn't love him but loves Issei. |

| Had some really funny moments. That Samurai thing was new. Didn't expect that at all. Very funny in a cute way! I really loved the ending where Rias hugged Issei. Really showed this show could have some romantic parts in it too. |
