| Was hoping to be enjoying this more by ep 15 but I'm more holding out for After Story since I heard it's so good, and I enjoyed both Little Busters seasons so I thought I'd give this a go too. Got my running score at an 8 but thinking about dropping it to a 7, though it's not a bad show by any means, I'm enjoying it but expected a little better. |

| Why are all Japanese teens portrayed as being afraid of romance? I must have watched a dozen of these "romance" anime's now, and it's the exact same thing every time. Is this mostly a harem thing? Guy/girl develop feelings for each other early in the series, then it's 20 episodes of ignoring those feelings and pretending they don't like each other, then it's usually the last episode they proclaim their love out of no where and have a first-kiss. Clannad didn't even deliver past the "i love you" stuff, the MCs didn't even do so much as hold hands until the end of the OVA. Even worse with this anime is they're ~18, I don't remember anyone at that age going on like that. I certainly wasn't bored, but holy crap what a disappointment. Is AS any better or is it the same thing? |

Is AS any better or is it the same thing? Well, AS is A LOT better. Different from other romance anime is that AS will take you on a journey with the couple actually being together. Normally in romance you won't see many moments of couples being together, because the series most of the time end at this time. Try it and you'll see. |
| Nagisa, facepalm after facepalm after facepalm. What a poor character. Fuuko was bad, but at least she's barely in it after her arc(which wasted too many episodes). I do like the other girls though. Anyway, to the positives, at least the series got better as it went on! Fuuko's arc wasted way too many episodes, but everything after that was a lot better. After seeing this season, I'm not expecting AS to improve on it as much as I'd originally hoped since it focuses more on Nagisa and Okazaki, and while I do really like Okazaki's character, can't say the same for ol' Nagisa. It'd be awesome if it focuses more on him. |
| Agreed, this is boring as hell. Plus, the characters are literal carbon copies with *insert hair color*, and they all look like fucking 6 year olds. |
