| So the nurse is still alive. Must just be a really crappy signal. Misaki has a cute glass eye as well, hardly the most disgraceful thing. Impaled by an umbrella spike. It might seem contrived, but if this is a universe with supernatural happenings, it's not like that accident couldn't be manipulated by outside forces to result in death. |

| The people in this town are getting on my nerves. This kind of reminds me of Twin Peaks with how bizarre everyone in the town is. Like, just tell him what the hell is going on. Stop acting so mysterious and weird. If I were MC, I’d just go “y’all weird as hell. I’m out”. |
| Is it me or was that classroom scene 10 minutes in kind of disorienting? That felt really weird because it looked like the whole school or classroom got like flipped or something Also that ending wtf 0_o I knew it. Somehow I knew she was going to die, I felt it. But wow that was actually brutal, and I will never go down stairs quickly or hold an umbrella ever again Edit: Dude I'm getting shivers now, and it's not even dark out this is not okay LOL can't wait to watch some more later tonight... :') |

| rewatching... I'm almost certain someone brought this up in the 14 pages preceding but the umbrella stand placement is pure "anime logic". Why place the stand in front of the classrooms rather than the entrance of the school or where students change shoes? All that's going to happen is students bringing dripping wet umbrellas and getting the hallways wet/slippery. |

| Ah, so that was the infamous “umbrella death” which intrigued me enough to pick this anime up. A little goofy, I have to admit (that perfect angle, though-), but still a decent plot twist(?) overall. So far, this show is getting a 7/10, although I might upgrade it to an 8/10 depending on how the lore is explained. |
