| I never even expected romance from these two, which have been amazing so far. Now if this decision were to happen with Angel Beats,Hanasaku Iroha and certain mech series..they probably would have been much more better overall. |

| From justpassingby's information about the source material about Mouretsu Pirates from the Animesuki forum, I believe that there wasn't any romance in the source material in the first place as I don't see any mention of it. How many people were seriously expecting romance out of these two series' in the first place, they don't even have a main male character. |

I'm suprised at that alone, i never expected any romance from any of these series as there were no potential male partners for protagonists.
