| Pretty good chapter. The formal introduction to the Sharingan eye is pretty note-worthy, and I like how it's set-up to serve as both power ability and a point of intrigue into Kakashi's character. The fight with Zabuza is off to a decent start too, nothing really worth mentioning about the action itself outside of a few cool pictures there and here (Zabuza appearing between Team 7 & Kakashi's "Game Over" stand out) but I liked how Kishimoto used Sasuke here as a way to further hype up Zabuza, seeing the previously cool and unflinching Sasuke in the brothers fight have his own freak out over Zabuza's "bloodlust" does a lot to inform of the gap between him and the earlier opponents. |
