| Yep, best episode so far. This is the first episode of this series which made me feel like every single episode of Mushishi. I hope next episodes keep the same level and this show will be an easy 9/10. |

| Very good episode which could have been handled better. I'm still not sure whether Natsume was crying cause he finally saw her smile in the picture or he missed her already. |

| oh mhmm i hope he develops a bond relationship like that again. it got me all teary eyed if only tsubame would stay with him.. oh also the yukata that natsume wore reminded me of hotarubi's gin and the festival of spirits (which is btw another work of the same creator) |

| Wow this was such a beautiful episode. I felt just like Natsume and slowly grew attached to Tsubame. The holding hands and hug brought a small smile to my face ^^ Also got teary eyed when the picture was shown. Definitely the best episode by far. |

| This was my third or fourth time re-watching this episode, and I still cried all the way through the last five minutes. I am such a sentimental fool. =) This is one of my favorite single episodes of anime ever created. |

| Best episode ever. I can’t be happier. It was extraordinary; touching and left an “inner peace” aftertaste. I couldn’t contain my tears, I felt constantly moved by the pure friendship Natsume found in Tsubame, he really got attached to her. Her content smile made Natsume cry, and I shed tears with him. |

| Wow that was the best episode. I really cant get enough of this anime. It is so heartfelt and moving and beautiful and touching. Compared to other more over-the-top manipulative "tear-jerkers" (*cough*Anohana*cough*) this show's tears is completely earned and completely genuine. I love it so much, it makes me tear up just thinking about it <3 |

| Well it was nice and all but why are they making a big deal out of it just because she resembles a human? Also, why does she resemble a human in the first place? I was under the impression that she was a bird or something along those lines.. I can guess that they did it because this way the episode sells a bit more. Best part about this show IMO? The relationship between Madara and Natsume. Especially Madara since he says the things I'm thinking ^^. Like he did in this episode after the bird-girl told them her personal story and he said "Boring." |
