So it seems there has been a German fansub group that released a batch with German subs, but alas no English subs! Sadly as well they've chosen to hardsub it :/

Unfortunately, it seems that there is not english sub available for episodes 3 to 13.

Yea :c I searched really long time too, until gave up and watched the remaining episodes with german sub (of course it's help that I can understand german to some extend)

That's handy then! I wonder, do you know why the rest of the episodes aren't subbed? Or did no one wanted to sub it at all?

likehood is that it either didn't get enough audience to be interesting enough to be subbed, and another reason can be that it was fully subbed, but since the group subbing it is gone now, the episodes have vanished completely. Also third option is, that RAWs are hard to find, making it hard for people to sub it. This can however change at some point, but those are the conclusions I came to.

What I got while digging for into was that the person who actually subbed it was newbie and didn't even know that there were more than 2 eps, as for the german subs, it's the DVD release so I'll just assume that they bought it themselves, since I couldn't find any track of it existing on any torrent sites.

It looks like it's getting subbed now. At the very least it's subbed up to episode 9 since I saw it listed and looked it up here to find out more about the show

It's subbed to episode 10 as of where I am now. I'm just going to say that I completed it since it's unlikely that episodes 11-13 would come out subbed in English anytime soon.
