Steins;Gate for sure. The cliffhanger endpoints were perfect. I watched it after it finished airing so I didn't have to endure waits between episodes -- that would've been brutal for me imo.

Fate/Zero. I was like waiting to see what happens next then all of sudden they cut it and it goes into the ending song, i was like "dam". Then it said 2nd season to air this summer so it's time to wait for some until then to see what happens next.

Penguin Drum, a bit. Even then, and as good as that show was, the suspense and excitement I had for it was NOTHING compared to Steins;Gate.

Ben-To. I was surprised at how much I wanted to finish it after certain events happened, thank god I waited until it fully aired.

Mirai Nikki - It's Probably gonna be the most top commented one in this section cause it's like you can never predict what's gonna happen and it creeps you out so much that you just can't stop watching it;o

Mawaru Penguindrum.

When I was a kid, pokemon always had me at the edge of my seat. If Ash would win, Pikachu be free of Team Rocket, Team Rocket succeeding, and so on.

This is going to seem like a silly response, but Chihayafuru.

To those not watching it this season, this is going to seem rather silly, as karuta seems like it'd be rather boring. However, the writing and characterization in Chihayafuru is brilliant, and quickly attaches you emotionally to each character, especially Chihaya. You feel the thrill of every brilliant move, the sting of every counterattack, the harsh emotions associated with bitter defeat, and the brilliant elated feeling of victory. In the latest episode, I found myself nearly cheering on Chihaya, despite knowing that it's just an anime playing on screen. However, that's just the effect this show has on me.

Too many series have managed that to even bother counting I'd say.

A few scenes from certain Gintama arcs giving me goosebumps, for example;

Epic shit.

Mawaru Penguindrum.

It was the first Anime in a very long time(I think the last was Cowboy Bebop and that was around 6 years ago), where I was so emotionally invested ;w; Especially the last 10 episodes of it, since they crushed my feelings everytime x'D

And then there was Episode 24... *sighs* Such a great, but bittersweet finale to a masterpiece of an Anime <3 I can only say, that if I weren't alone at the time I watched it, I would be called crazy for crying so much over fictional characters x'D

Steins;Gate is having this effect on me. At first I was disappointed with the first couple episodes but this show grabbed me by the 12th episode and here I am about to finish it in a couple of days.

I loved season 2. It, in my opinion, really tied things together well. If you enjoyed the first season, then you should love the second. Cheers!

On topic, AnoHana had me on the edge of my seat. At first, I just watched a couple eps (like 1-6) over a week (so about an ep a day). and then I just started to love it and finished it that night >_<

hate it when a good anime ends. I'm now searching for another worthy of watching.
