That was pretty good. Fight scenes were great.
I liked it more than the anime series itself. 9/10

One of the best anime movies I've ever seen. Sure it doesnt have as much depth, as say Jin-Roh, but in terms of style its way above anything else out there. The opening credits are beautiful, the animation, the conception, the music, just perfect.

Amazingly fluid fight scenes, expertly staged action sequences; the chase on the monorail is incredibly tense.

Awesome movie that fits with the series perfectly, the decision to not make it a sequel or prequel was sublime.

This was a good movie, at times it felt kind of slow but at times. I would definitely recommend it.

Loved it; who would put so much effort into the opening sequence alone? I head those New York street scenes were rotoscoped too. Fight scenes were brilliant and the moody parts like the Japanese chess scenes and the Morroccan souks were just Classic Bebop.

A great movie that is basically an extended adventure with Spike and the rest of the gang, Cowboy bebop style. The new characters are not super original, but they are good ones, the story is interesting, the visuals are outstanding and the action sequences breathtaking! More Spike and adventure in a big Cowboy Bebop episode style? Yes please!

This was truly an awesome movie. The fight scenes were good, the animation rules, and the overall dub is fantastic. Watching this series got me into watching a little bit of the series on Adult Swim (that is, until I bought the series on DVD about a year ago).

Speaking of which, are there any opinions here about the upcoming Cowboy Bebop live-action film?

What version were you watching? Both the English and Japanese voice actors are the same as they were in the series.

Just...EXCELLENT. This movie didn't disappoint me one bit, from the opening to the ending just awesome, of course the music again stands out like the series, the animation: the fights, the Swordfish battle everything was just perfect! The pacing too was superb, it felt way longer than it actually is. Great direction! And a bit of Faye fanservice too mMmmm~

Are you living in the Real World?
- No. XDDD

Nope, they're exactly the same voice actors.

Although, you have to remember, it has been some time since the voice actors had worked with their characters, so Ed's was a little rough.

All the same actors.
Didn't really sound any different at all from the series and I just watched that. Soo....Perhaps your DVD or file is a little messed up or something?

Amazing visuals.
The choreography was simply amazing. The opening itself was brilliantly done.

It has been years since I've seen this movie in it's entirety, but I've got to say it still has probably the best score/soundtrack in all of anime, surpassed perhaps only by it's parent series. Those OP and ED themes can never be topped. NEVER!

And this, well this is just one of the greatest pieces of music ever:

Jet did sound a little off at times but it is the same guy.

This movie was great! I really would've liked the original opening theme or some sort of remix to kick off the movie, but the opening they used was great too. Also, I think it should've been closer to around the 90 minute mark. The pacing was a bit iffy in some areas. However I really cannot complain about the movie in any other way. It had amazing art, animation, music and some of the greatest fight scenes I've ever seen.

Pretty much exactly what I expected. Amazing but not mind blowingly so. Jet's voice actors sounds a bit rusty. Luckily Steve Blum is still amazing as Spike. Faye and Ed still sounded great too. It's just Jet sounded a bit off.

Animation was amazing, choreography was fast and fluid and the new characters were good. Oh and the music. That was the best part. It's probably more enjoyable for people who haven't seen the show. It makes sense that it got a widespread cinema release.

thank you mal for deleting my post :]
anyway im a bit dissapointed because i was expecting someting different from the series. the movie feels like another episode. and
a terrorist and a biological weapon is (so cliche~) not a good idea even for an ep -3/10
but the fight scenes and opening were amazing 11/10
so 8/10

Feels good watching Cowboy Bebop again~ I've been saving for a good night to watch this movie. I guess the time is now.

"Just a bounty hunter"
I love the OST + music of this movie just like how I remembered from the original series. Good old days.

Decent action scenes matching the OST. I wasn't expecting a weird kiss this movie though. I mean, it looked awkward. I loved the scenes on train though. The terror and gun duel was just pure epic, Cowboy Bebop style. I also enjoyed that brief talk in the cell with Elektra and Spike. Pretty intriguing stuff.

The final brawl between Vincent and Spike was classic. Dat OST.

Two men - both fighting for their past loves. 8/10. Classic movie is classic.

The movie was good. The knot was exciting for the action that occurred, Spyke almost died if not for the Shaman. The final, sad to hear the last words of Vincent for Electra.

Quality animation and music.

Poor Faye, though.
