Just click on the applocale shortcut (if there is one) or search for AppLoc.exe. The program will then ask you to browse for the target application (which is character.exe). Then it will ask the language which is 日本語, the last one on the list. Next you can choose if you want to make a shortcut to the application. Finally click finish and the application should start. |
