Phantom: Requiem for the Phantom was great but would be hard to watch knowing what happens.

Clannad because i loved the 1st season but despised the 2nd. so it would be too hard to enjoy knwoing the story ended up getting butchered.

same for Ef, a tale of memories.

Tokyo Magnitude
Mawaru penguindrum
Rozen maiden

But pretty much I would re-watch all great series, if it wasn't a waste of time, that could be reasonably used to watch new ones

Grave of the Fireflies .... it still haunts me. I've only watched it once, years ago, and it still brings tears to my eyes when i think about it.

Definitely Steins;Gate. I really liked it the first run, but there would be no enjoyment for me from re-watching it since I can see those twists coming.

School Days lol. I didn't love it but it wouldn't be the same if you watched it again considering the ending lol

Black Butler and Soul Eater because while the majority of both were good I hated that the villain on Black Butler had no motivation, no goal, and no backstory, and the ending of Soul Eater was beyond stupid. I also probably won't rewatch Wolf's Rain, it wasn't bad, but the pacing was so terrible, it's only 30 episodes if you count the OVAs and there were way to many filler episodes, there is really no excuse for any in a series that short.

Any anime that solely relies on its plot twists, basically.

I'll probably eventually watch Madoka, S;G, SSY, Psycho Pass, Monster and other really twist animes, but only when I forgot most of it.

anime recs: nodame cantabile | shinsekai yori | chihayafuru | space brothers

Definitely Mirai Nikki. Loved the plot twists and craziness the first time around, but now that I know all the dirty little secrets within the plot, it wouldn't be nearly as fun watching it a second time.

I don't really consider Mirai Nikki fkin amazing, but I really enjoyed its insanity.

Legend of the Galactic Heroes, since I don't have 50 hours spare again.

I dont want to rewatch any really good sad animes. I feel like watching those a second time would only destroy the way I feel about the anime as the impact would be a lot less powerful a second time.

(So 5cm per second, Tokyo Magnitude 8.0)

and this:

Subete ga F ni Naru and Erased are good mystery anime but just like other mystery shows I would not rewatch them again because you already know how the mystery is solved and it's no fun watching it again when you don't have the same feeling and don't feel that immersed in the story.

I also don't rewatch drama or tragedy anime and I won't certainly rewatch Naruto, Bleach or Fairy Tail and other series with way too many episodes o.o

The only anime I rewatch are action and psychological based and of course anime with adorable characters and good comedy like Haikyuu!! <3

Erased, Clannad, Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso,Kaiba, Ansatsu Kyoushitsu... everything that destroy my feelings, because a second road on a emotional plot isn't very enjoayble.

It´s quite funny this. Of all my 10 it´s only one I watched two times.

But "zero no Tsukaima" and "B Gata H kei" that I rated 6/7 i have rewatched so many times.

Sakamichi no Apollon for sure. Amazing anime, and was really meaningful at the end, but I can't handle those feels over again. Pretty much any anime that really hit me hard in the "drama feels" I can't watch again. I already enjoyed them, and I don't like experiencing all that twice.

Steins;Gate is another I won't really rewatch really, but maybe check out a couple specific parts I want to see again. It's not ruined by rewatching, just not as thrilling. Same logic applies to Monster. Though, I have rewatched Death Note a few times, but I haven't in done that in years.

Hyouka is honestly awesome but i wouldn't watch it again as the mysteries wouldn't feel the same after they have been already solved
