Seriously, what is being said at the beginning of the song, before the first verse? Like 0:00 to 0:12?

It sounds like it's in English. The last word sounds like "Survive!"

Behold of my awesomeness~

Sounds like it could be Latin or English, in my opinion. Can't hear it clearly though, too many layers of voices, but I'm curious if it holds any relevance.

Mostlikely something on german as always, not sure why but many of their songs have something on german (Wahrheit, Weiβ Flugel, Alte Burg, Schwarzer Sarg, etc) Not that i know german but i listen to her often. Also "Ein, Zwei, Drei" means "One, two, three" which is part of the chorus.

No, it's English.

The first two words sound like "Surrender now", you can hear "world we see" or "what we see" when it shows the eye crying blood, and the last word is "Survive!"

Actually, it's the names of the Roman Gods.

Each diary holder represents Roman Gods. It's even explained quite well in the top rated comment of the video you posted.

"The 12 Diary Holders represent the Roman Gods
1st (Yuki)= Jupiter
2nd (Yuno) = Juno
3rd (Takao) = Vulcan
4th (Keigo) = Mercury
5th (Reisuke) = Ceres
6th (Tsubaki) = Proserpina
7th = Mars and Venus
8th = Vesta
9th (Minene) = Minerva
10th = Diana
11th = Bacchus
12th (Yomotsu or just Twelfth) = Pluto"

I swear the -thology behind Mirai Nikki is astounding. I love the Opening and Ending as well. If you've read the manga, you'd probably know what I'm talking about.

He's asking about the part before they name the gods. Doesn't sound German or English to me, I'd say it's Latin (ominous chanting it's almost always Latin). Too bad they didn't released the lyrics for this part when the single came out.

Btw, Bacchus and Pluto are not part of the Dii Consentes (not Consentes Dii), and Neptune is missing. Just a little nitpicking from a mythology geek.

Actually, it isn't.

Try reading the entire single line of the opening post, maybe listen to the song once or twice, and realize you're talking about a totally different part of the song.

Also, I'd already stated this before, it's English. If it isn't obvious from the second OP, the singer likes to use hard-to-understand English for lyrics. You can make some of it out on the first time listening to it, which has been mentioned already a number of times.

Anyways, asking in a Japanese forum resulted in a much more constructive response. They unanimously confirmed it is English, and some parts that are definitive are the beginning of the first line is "Surrender now", the word is "see" during the eye part, there is the word "fantasy" during the fast part (I don't hear that myself), and the last word is "Survive".

They had as much trouble as anyone else picking apart the rest of it though, apparently it's a problem with the singer not enunciating well. There was speculation about the other parts but nothing else that there was a consensus on.

It does agree with a comment I found on the GotWoot site, in which someone suggested it was:

"Surrender now since we’re sure of what we see…

Cherish the lost resistance fantasy!

Survive!"

That seems to match pretty well with what the other forum was saying, and it was agreed there as well that it sounds at least fairly accurate.

I think that's as close as we're going to get to the actual lyrics without official confirmation.

Anyways, thanks to those who at least took the time to understand what I was asking before replying.

I found this video that somehow translated the lyrics to Spanish, even though it didn't put the Japanese lyrics:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qoejJTVeB6Q

And the lyrics for the first part goes like this:
En este mundo podrido y destruido
Pelea por vivir y no morir
¡No mueras!

Which, when put in to Google Translate, translates to this:
In this rotten world and destroyed
Fight and live and not die
Do not die!

Just thought this might help with something.

If you go to the original music video at https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=ZZvJY7_gyfw&feature=youtu.be for the first few seconds it says.
"You'll surrender now
We are sure of what we see
Thee can't resist this fantasy."
It's in English and you have to turn captions on.
