So here's how I came up with this topic. After I watch an anime I always get like all the music from it. Today I just finished Clannad After Story. Oh yes I am going to vote for a Clannad song. Many of them were good but I must say the most emotional song from what i think is one of the most emotional anime's has got to be "The Place Where Dreams Come True 2." The full version. Probably the second most emotional songs were the Angel Beats songs especially the ending

Please tell me which song you think.

Yeah, the Lia songs are great.

Lia - Toki wo Kizamu Uta (Clannad After Story)
Lia - My Soul Your Beats (Angel Beats)
Do as Infinity - Fukai Mori (Inuyasha)
myco - Eternal Snow (Full Moon wo Sagashite)

The animes KyoAni's worked on all have at least a few pretty emotional tracks. Kanon, Air, and Angel Beats all have good stuff.

I'm gonna have to go with stuff from Toradora, though. Lost my pieces, Ame Iro Rondo, and Yuugure no Yakusoku come to mind.

Honorable mention to Gyumnopedies Dai 1 Ban. It's not an anime song originally, but it was in Haruhi no Shoushitsu.

I don't know about emotional, but getting the most chills were clannad after story opening, and angel beats opening. If I just want to feel the chills, just have to watch either openings.

Besides stuff from Key and especially from Lia, Sorairo Days from Gurren Lagann came to my mind. Was it because it was used in awesome scenes (especially in Lagann-hen), becoming emotional by association? Was it just an emotional song by itself? I have no clue.

Gray Wednesday(or Haiiro no Suiyoubi) by Triple H(from the Anime Mawaru Penguindrum) is one of the most emotional songs I've ever heard in Anime. When they start to sing 'Saa omoidashite kagayaita ita koro o....' I nearly start to cry everytime I hear it ;3;

I'm a gigantic Keyfag so I'ld probably say Snowfield, Existence or any of the more downbeat Clannad songs.

That guitar piece in Gintama.

Secret Game from Noir.

Youkoso! Hitori Bocchi from NHK!

Totally forgotten the title but the song that plays during the montage at the end of 5CMPS.

I think Uninstall by Chiaki Ishikawa (Bokurano) is a really sad song. Not the tune though, but the song itself and what it means, especially if you consider what Bokurano is about.

Cowboy Bebop - Call Me and Blue Songs

These have an emotional impact in my opinion. Those people who watched and liked it should know what I mean.
NEETs (No Employment Education Training) are the least desirable people anybody would want to hire and yet they are the first choice to become moderators/admins around the internet. They have yet to have established a sense of responsibility or role in society and many are plain leeches (with minor exceptions). They are given "authority" to police sections of the internet with the powers of The Judge, Jury, and Executioner. Isn't that weird?

Beautiful Wish sung by Princess Sara of the Indian Ocean in Mermaid Melody . . .

It was so emotional, especially when she gave her life. Underrated mahou shoujo is underrated.
