| Chapter 254 - Year 791 Time skip arcs are pretty cool I like seeing how the characters developed after a few years. But in the Fairy Tail time skip all the characters we grew to love are gone. I can't see what Gray looks like naked after 7 years... ;) I don't like this current arc at all... I miss Gray and Natsu and Mirajane all the main characters. It makes me sad watching the anime now that I know they're going to disappear in the next few months. It's a very sad arc I wish Gray comes back soon in the story, everybody else too of course. What are your thoughts about the new arc? |

| Well, obviously they've come back now :P It was an interesting twist on the time skip idea. In anime like naruto, the world stays the same and the characters all grow to meet it. This was the exact opposite. The world completely changed, and the main characters are all stuck exactly as they were before. At the moment, though, it seems kind of pointless. I'm wondering when the real meat of Fairy Tail is going to show up. This whole "ooh look, this is important" and then he doesn't DO anything is a little frustrating ya? |
