| Shit start, didn't like anything at all. No My Dearest, which was what I was most hyped for, a boring 1 and a half replay of the intro song, horrendous character introductions and plot development, ridiculous shounen at its finest. Overhyped syndrome? Probably. This anime's going to have to work really, really hard to gain back my trust. |
| Judging by the synopsis, the protag is going to be pulling weapons out of a lot of people's chests! Hopefully. Anyhoo, I really enjoyed this episode! While some things were kinda cliche, when has cliche ever been bad? Boring's what's bad, and this was definitely not boring to me. Let's just hope the show stays interesting~ :D |

| Lol I thought it was pretty good. It had some pretty epic scenes. Though the stream quality I was watching it was shit since I couldn't find any place to DL from. Anyhow I liked the intro. The animation and art was really good, and well has a lot of potential. Oh yeah. Dat music :) |

| You guys do know this was the First episode right? the First Episode of a 26 part series Of course it won't blow everyone away at the start because we barely know anything so far know and how the plot could turn out later on,with that being said I Loved it was just what i was expecting Art,Music, Main lead seems like he could become pretty badass later on kinda already started. Only thing i could say i was Disappointed in was that there was No Supercell :( i take it that would most likely be the second ED theme. |

| Well, the INS and ED were extremely good. Like, A-tier in my folder of anime music. Well, they were ballad songs composed by ryo after all... ^ And there are only 22 episodes, good sir, since this is aired on the noitaminA slot. |

| Shu Shion! Inori Menma;3 i enjoyed it a lot~ must be the best of the season along with Fate/Zero! Anyway, very code geass-ish. Also kinda a mix of Toaru majutsu no index with Macross Frontier XD The animation is gorgeous, and the ost is brilliant~~ although i found the events very random and confusing, still, the plot seems good. |

| well i have to say that i was a bit surprised by this first episode i wasn't expecting much at first but it ended up being a really great start to this anime, just hope it doesn't flop in the later half of the anime. will continue to watch this for now. 5/5 |

| T'was nice. Shu got 100% cooler near the end, although it's kinda disappointing he needs some special girl to help him out. So, he's relatively useless in reality. I love the animation though. |
| It met my expectations, and I had very high set of expectations for this show. I'll get my only gripe with the first episode out of the way: the way that Shu acted throughout the episode felt awkward to me. Onto the good part of the show, the animation looked great when necessary, although I wish that the extermination scene had any sort of animation rather than stills. The character design's great: a near perfect blend of style and uniqueness without going over the top. I love Inori's pink hair and her hair-do. Although this episode was visually excellent, that doesn't mean the audio-side of the story wasn't any less fascinating. The OP is now my favourite of the season, and the insert song and the ED very good as well. The sound effects in the fighting (both mecha and hand-to-hand) scenes were exciting. Not gonna say much about the story or the characters since the show has just begun. tl;dr, the first episode was excellent. |
| the music was nice. not a lot explained but it's early still. did somewhat remind me of Geass. animation is good too. the MC isn't as cool though, I suppose he can get better. meh Gai just seems generic long haired pretty guy that's supposed to be cool. I don't know about pink girl yet either. |

| wow the first episode reminded me way too much of Code Geass. but the MC seems like an idiot. and his first use of power is not as awesome as what lelouch did at the end of the 1st episode. animation and music are great. it has hot girls too. |

| What an absolute disappointment. I was really looking forward to this one, too. Rushed as hell and generic. How many fucking cliches can you fit into one episode? Sure, this show might seem pretty cool if you've seen about, say I dunno, 5 anime? I can only hope it will improve at this rate. At the very least, the music was good and the animation was decent. Yep, that's it. |

| There are only 3 things that I can really say about this show so far. 1) Great animation, loved the CGI and everything about it. 2) I've seen these characters before, I'm pretty sure.. In almost every action anime I've ever seen 3) Weak heroine suddenly meets girl, girl leads to super powers, super powers lead to dull story that is overused. = An anime I've already seen 100 times before. It's so unoriginal, it's original! Not really. Looking forward to the next! |
