| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- A New Arc! That means new characters!! And a New OP and ED!! We are introduced to IV (Four) and a few more other characters!! But I must say...Some of the character designs (Especially IV and his team) remind me "Tales of" O___o And What happened to the card's back design?! But what hit me was Shark's "Precious Person" I would like to see her back story. ;3 |

| That was Shark's little sister. Kaito lies to Mr. Heartland about knowing Yuma but says he thinks this person might have numbers. I loled when Yuma called Mr. Heartland old man. Kotori is worried about Yuma facing Kaito. Astral wonders whether victory is the most important thing. After the festivities, Yuma is hit in the face by a football/soccer ball made of cards. Football kid challenges him to a duel. |

| I don't think that the new back design on the cards is that bad but why would they do that after all these years ? most IRL players won't care as they use sleeves -_-' Kotori is dominating both the OP and ED, and it's totally welcome ^_^ too bad she's the only one in the group that won't dual >_ |

| Beautiful new opening sung by Kanan aka Yamai. New group of baddies to defeat as well, it seems. Yuma calling Mr. Heartland Oji-san and cutting the music was hilarious. I like how Kotori talks to Astral even though she can't see or hear him. I knew that the card backs would get changed around here, and I'm kind of sad. The old ones gave the cards a more 'real' feeling. I guess it still keeps with the 'brown vortex' motif... New ending is cool. I don't understand why the opening blacked out the faces of the new antags when they're very clear in the ed. World Carnival HYPE! |
