| Just finished it in English the other day but I will say that both versions sub and dub were great. However I had left Episodes 3-6 alone so I could watch them in English. But oh my god. Am I the only one who felt empty inside after finishing this series? |

| This ending wasn't satisfying in the slightest. It tried to fill the audience in on all the missing information but it still didn't make a bit of sense. What was the point of the guardian and why does Yggdrasil do what it does and why does it even exist? I also don't understand the whole egg/root thing. I'm also confused how fucking Meneos bloodline is related to Rin... how? From the fruit of time she just ate.... even if this all made sense it still wouldn't be satisfying. Like why does Apos even need to do anything? He seems to be fine, he's immortal and super strong... does being the guardian restrict from something he wants? He's immortal, what else could he desire. Apos is also an idiot for letting Rin come back. He practically just let the little girl pull Rin out... what was he doing? Too busy fucking Mimi? Everything in this anime was good until they tried adding a plot to how the time spores work.. it just didn't make sense. It also felt like a hentai most of the time, predictable fan service every ep and pointless nudity. There's being adult then there's being Mnemosyne. I liked this anime, but confusing/stupid plots are irritating and really decrease my enjoyment. Overall I'd give the series a 7.5. The ending was mediocre at best but the rest was pretty good. 1/5 - 8 6 - 5 EDIT: "White Blood"..... that is all. |

Wavering between a 6/10 and a 7/10 on this show... Kinda my feelings too about this show. I would really have liked to see more details of the past, some were just very briefly mentioned, others were ignored completely. Probably 7/10 from me. |

| I got the feeling that they either left a lot of stuff for the end, or that they changed something in the storyline along the way. I'll have to watch it again to see how it feels after knowing everything about Rin and Mimi. Having said that, I thought this was a very well made series. Good mix of actions, supernatural, sci fi and erotic content. I loved the time progression elements and how the side characters were important as well. |

| Gotta say this is one of the sickest, immoral Anime I've ever seen yet Root of Yggdrasil reminds me of Lady Gaga's born this way LOL. I like the whole awesomeness but the ending ruined the whole story with Rin gives birth to a baby who looks old and too many sex that's quite unnecessary to the story. 7/10 |
| Where should I start.. Well, it surely is a dark series with a lot of fan service mixed with blood/gore and torture..? I am not sure I can place the finger to what it really was that kept me finishing this show, but, it did. About the story, the 1000 year old angel that Rin knew from the past, He was not in the same blood line as that girl and her father/grandfather etc? I must have slipped a lot in the story line on that part. anyway, for the show I'd happily give a 8/10, cannot really go any higher than that as I'm more into a good story, which this show didn't make the time to complete, both before and after this incident. 8/10 for a genre I'm rather fresh watching, maybe I'm just being nice? :) |

| Not exactly the way I'd expected this to end, but it's not the worst case scenario. I was really confused in the beginning of this episode. Amnesia-Rin was such a damsel-in-distress, I kinda felt like she kept semi-playing that role throughout the rest of the episode. Also, I was kinda sad that Mimi didn't even get a kiss or anything from Rin after having come to her rescue; everyone else in the episode pretty much gets a kiss from her. It felt weird having Mishio introduced this late in the show, and I honestly didn't see the point of Mimi dragging her along with her to Apos' castle. I mean, why didn't she bring Teruki instead? I have mixed feelings regarding this ending. Originally I was gonna give this a 9/10, but the ending lowered it to an 8/10. |

| Trashy and dumb to the very end, but that's what makes it funny. Ending on the kind of mutated mythology, nonsense, and pretentiousness that anime has often been in love with is the perfect way for this nonsense to bow out. |

| Perhaps I am just not nearly as elite as a great many of you, but I found the series to be really intriguing. I watch all anime for the story, and though this one was incredibly fast-paced and convoluted, I still think it was fairly interesting and worth the watch (and soon a re-watch, so I can fill in some plot points I missed). Overall? 8/10, for the interesting view of the story, but some major "flaws" in my eyes that kept it from getting a higher rating. Definitely wait until you are very comfortable with anime before seeing Rin. Otherwise this may really mess up your view of Dark/ecchi/god knows what else genres. |

| That child looks to me like an alien. I liked the yuri and torture scenes. I also liked the story but the art was meh. It could've been done better imo. Rin was nice as angel, and Apos was creepy. 7 - 7.5/10 |
| I just loved the op and ed songs from Galneryus. Also liked the way Kouki's memories helped Rin in the end. But I also don't comprehend the point in Mimi dragging Mishio to those events instead of Teruki, it was kind of a forced plotline. |
| Oh wow what an impressive ending! That sure was something amazing, the overall episode was quite intense but with that amazing ending it sure created a great anime series! I wasn't directly expecting much from these 6 ova episodes but they sure impressed me! All in all a great anime 9/10 |

| I really chanced upon this anime very randomly. I was checking out a seiyuu in ANN for a totally different show when the phrase Mnemosyne caught my eye. So, with my curiosity piqued, I checked out the show at first there in ANN where the ratings were good, and then in here. I saw the genres and the themes and it had almost every theme or genre put into six episodes. Saw that AT-X were the broadcasters. So, was aware of the fact that, after seeing ecchi as one of its themes, I was on guard and was ready to tackle any borderline hentai or ecchi sequences. Moving on, the timeskips were sudden but brilliant, the torture part was sickening, the opening and ending was suited to the themes. Eipos was a genuine douchebag. One of the most regal scenes that I have watched in an anime till now was when Rin spread her creamy white wings to become an angel. Gave me goosebumps. Mamiko Noto (CV of Nina Fortner from Monster) and Kugimiya Rie (Tsundere Queen) did what we would expect from them. Ending was appreciable and was happy. Couldn't ask for more in an anime filled with diverse genres and themes with vast touches of uniqueness. 8 or 9 out of 10 for me. Those yuri scenes sure were racy, eh.. :3 |
