I really liked this episode, particularly the beatboxing man XD

A good quote:

*after his scabbard falls on the head of his enemy by accident*
Aniki: Haha... Aerial Killing Technique:.... errr... Flying Blade!

And another:
Aniki: "His name is..."
Beatbox: "Jibijibi Jin!" (scratching noises)
Fuu: Well I hope you find this....
Beatbox: Jibijibi JIN!
On to the next one :D

Great episode. The beatboxing man was real funny. I hope that it goes on like this.

Hmm... This episode makes me curious about Jin, obviously. He said he wasn't the one who did the betraying. So his master betrayed him somehow? This ep also made me realise we don't know a lot about Fuu and Mugen either... Aside from the fact that Fuu apparently doesn't have a family. I want to know more now! Blargh! D< Must watchhh...

This was a great episode though. Jin didn't even hesitate to fight. I felt bad that they sold his glasses temporarily...

The drunken bitch and the loud mouthed jerk deserve each other.
So now we learn a little about Jin's past...interesting! I'm sure this will develop as the story goes on.
Jin is certainly a man of character, saying that he didn't betray his former master, but admitting that he did kill him. I like him more and more!

I love Jin, so I am glad we got to know something about his past, but I would like to know more. Also: "All men are stupid, so you have to manipulate them from very beginning." :D

That and Fuu was hillarious! When she hears Jin's name and awkwardly walks off 'Ja-ne!'

Didn't Mugen learn his lesson from episode 2? I thought this episode was funny, but my newly formed memories of it are not fond enough to create excessively cuddly feelings about it.

Great episode :D The beatboxing man, "the popular girls", "the popular guys" (and the way Mugen said it), the flying sword technique...

Can't wait to see the next one :D

the beatboxer is so much win "ji-bi, ji-bi Jin" lol

Fuu looks even better with her hair down. This series so far has taught me never to trust a woman with an ample chest xD.

This was a pretty fun episode to watch. ^^

Both scenarios of that awkward couple were awesome. The wife toys with Mugen and Jin then robs them. The BIG man, well, what else do I need to say?

I really like the little insight we got on Jin's past as well. He handled that confrontation like a boss and I'm liking him more and more as time goes on.

Fuu and Mugen were their casual selves in this one, still loved them though ^^.

Oh yeah, that beatboxer, LOL!

Totally agree the beatboxing guy was dope. My favorite person in the show so far! Kinda reminds me of I'm Gonna Git You Sucka and how Slade has his own theme song guys following him around

I had a feeling that Jin had killed his master after his conversation with the shogi playing guy. I based it on Jin saying to Mugen in ep 1 that he was the first person he couldn't kill. Nice to see this confirmed and having the overarching plot open up a little even in a silly episode like this.

I remember that by the first time I watched the show, this episode got me hooked and was a decisive one. This was the one that made me say: this show must never be forgotten and rewatched at least once a year.
The beatboxing dude, the introduction to foreing stuff of that time, like Grape wine and some of Jin's backstory where masterfully done. Neither much, neither little.

Funny episode.

Well shit, the guy had 4(?) kids with that woman and can still afford to dick around trying to find Jin? Lawl.

And at last, finally some backstory to Jin.

Beat boxing in Edo Japan? Alright!

Nice to see Jin finally have some backstory. Wonder how long until we get Mugen's backstory?

Well the beatboxing as well as big guy himself were hilarious - enough for a great laugh. Surprisingly we also have some kind of plot progression or rather some characterization for him whilst learning about his past so it's been decent episode all in all.

That was funny.

That weird samurai going after Jin and the beatboxing lol.

I can't believe that woman who spiked their drinks was that guys wife lol. Wtf. I didn't see that coming.

"it's tough being a girl with sex appeal" lol. I liked that line and then Mugen was like "it's tough being a guy with sex appeal" xD
