| This was probably the best episode so far. Sound Force and Gamlin are working together well and their concern for one another is made readily apparent. Loved the new song as well. |

| It took 40 episodes, but the goal of the anime is finally spelt out clearly: make peace with the Protodeviln because they're not mindless monsters, but intelligent beings capable of feeling and appreciating things like music. It's been implied thus far, but with so many twists, turns, distractions, and conflicts, I lost track of the plot at some point. |
