| Hello. I got a message from a community administrator about a mobile app for messaging within the club. It seems we need to opt-in. There's info about it here: https://myanimelist.net/forum/?topicid=2016565 I haven't enabled it yet, but I probably will do it within the next week if I'm unable to speak with any other admins. The only reason I can think to not do it is that we already have a Discord and I'm not sure if people want to split up the communities, but I think it would be long term if we migrate people back to MAL. Currently, it's only available for mobile, but they plan on making available for the web at some point as well. Please respond to this so I know whether I need to start sending private messages to admins. |

| Hey Lotus, I went ahead and enabled it. I checked out what it looked like on another club and it seems to just be another comment section basically. I'll crosspost my question of the day thing from discord over there, so that it gets looked at/moderated. Already seems to be drawing in lots of new members (something like 10 new people today alone), because it seems that posting there bumps the club up on the activity list (even though its only visible from the app). Also, I tried responding to your DM, but I think your security settings might be a bit too high, cause it wouldn't let me send a response. Cheers, haz |
