| Duh!! u course i read it!!! i mean the most exciting manga comes from shonen!!! shojo is romance manga and i still read that!!! so really i read more of both!! |

| Most shonen these days are aimed at girls as much as guys anyway. Look at Yu Yu Hakusho. Do you really think Kurama was designed to be all the male watchers' favorite badass character? D. Grayman and Hitman Reborn both cater heavily to the fujoshi fanbase with the large cast of male characters. Etc etc, the point being shonen is a target demographic, not an exclusive group. That said, I love shonen. Not Naruto and Bleach so much, but a lot of my favorite manga are Shonen Jump titles. |

| Even though I read most shoujo series. Some of my fav. series are shounen. Ex: Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle, Chrno Crusade (ok, it isn't only aimed at shounen, but not typical shoujo either..) and of course Ranma 1/2, Love Hina, Chobits and Inuyasha too. So when I think about it, I actually have many shounen titles as my fav. even though I read much shoujo. |

| As many have already mentioned, as long as the story is good it doesn't really matter which audience the author is aiming at. ^^'' Oh, and often the art plays a big part as well. |

| Yes, I do. Most of the time I read shonen manga over shoujo, but don't get me wrong, I do enjoy a shoujo every once in a while. I'm not always in the mood for mushy stuff, so I like to go to shonen series. I feel weird sometime though, because I'm always reading boys manga. My onii-chan tells me that some things are meant for older people, and young eyes shouldn't be seeing them, but I enjoy all different kinds of series. |

| I just started reading shounen manga. When I began reading manga, I decided to stick to shoujo first but then I realized that most of them are the same, and some are even boring, so I started reading shounen and seinen manga. I really like Reborn now - it's very entertaining (not just because of the bishies XD the story's really funny too). |

As long as the story, art and characters are good, I'll check it out. Also, there are some shojo that are pure romance (overly romantic), and I tend to stay away from those. |

| I use to readed shounen manga, but I drop it , and start watch it as in anime. Plus I use to be a big fan of shoujo manga back then. I'm not much of manga person, but when it come to manga, I some time read what it got in it. |

| I'm a girl, but I came to find that every manga I've ever read (besides Fruits Basket) was shounen. I guess I just gravitate to shounen much easier than shoujo. |

| Although I love more of shoujo than shounen, I read shounen manga at times when I feel like it. When I read Rurouni Kenshin about a year ago, I knew that it's going to be my favorite shounen manga. Although I don't like Naruto, Inuyasha and other random shounen manga, I do like other ones. It depends on taste. |
