any characters that are trying hard to look "COOL" by showing off their ridiculous, exaggerated, annoying super powers. "COOLNESS" comes out naturally, forcing your self to look "COOL" is soooo LAME.

Haruhi Fujioka from Ouran.

I'm not hating her because she's a girl(like many Ouran fangirls did) but rather lack of personality. Its annoying to see that some people actually loves her just because of that.

some stupid male lead char mostly in romance/harem ani( such as ichika from IS), and indecisive type of guy who wants to take all of the girl(the prot in Shuffle!). and finally, some guy who want to be nice with everyone even if he puts his life in danger(Shirou - fate stay night).
Conclusion, I hate stupid guys .

Index from Toaru majutsu no Index really hate her so boring only eat and get on my nerves she is the worst character in that anime every one else are good except Touma he is some times stupid. THAT IS ALL FOR NOW

Shion Sonozaki - Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni

That scene where she's beating up Satoko, while the latter huddles on the floor crying for her Nii Nii always gets to me. Shion's the only character I felt no sympathy for.
