| I did read it just now, i'm expected it to be like this sadly. Devense Devil had great Potential and ruined it by first turning it into a battle manga, then having retarded plot twists even for such a manga. |

| Disappointed... The first half was great before the battle started with demons and angels and it plummeted down to this.... It has potential... 8/10 for me... I can't ignore the fact that I cried with the first chapters of this manga when he was still a defense devil... Sigh! Too bad.. |

| wow, so many negative comments to the ending? It's true that it was rushed, and not much was cleared up in the end, but you can guess very well what the author wanted to tell in the end. I loved every chapter, it's been a long time since I've read such a good manga like Defense Devil. |
| I just don't buy Kucabara knowing everything from the beginning.. He should have done Elimona when he got the chance, lol.. knowing she'll betray everyone anyways. Well, it was sort of a letdown, but not as bad as I had expected. |

| Story was really rushed, but i was still able to enjoy it. Ending was disappointing but it didn't hurt my overall enjoyment of the manga. Story had great potential, and transitioning to more of a battle manga wouldve worked for me if they expanded more on the "defense lawyer" idea first except they rushed that idea. Overall the art and characters are what carried me through to the end. |

| I find that kiss to be quite pretty tbh. But anyways, the ending was a bit cliched and somewhat predictable. It was still a fun ride though. 100 chapters :> 7/10. |

| Defense Devil is quite good in the first 10 chapters. Then, the quality slowly declines, until around chapter 60-70 when I almost gave up on it. Afterward, it tried to throw some plot back into it. It's better than just fan-service. On topic. The conclusion was only acceptable because i had imagined that it would be much, much worse. But it was not a good ending by any means (because the whole series was derailed at around chapter 40 or so). |

| Okay-okay, the kiss scene was awesome (at last they did it) but the ending kinda sucked. Come on, the mangaka could create 5-6 more chapters and wrap up the story (even without referring to the God-needs-help-let's-go theme). It was like watching Lost. The whole series were great, but the last episode............... |
| I can't take seriously this forced romance but well, Idamaria is hot so +1. (even tho she's annoying sometimes) The last arc seems like a copy-paste of Soul Society arc in Bleach, the story went downhill. Quite cheesy cuz no one died except Elimona. Im not sure why the author decided to make her the last boss. She's not fitted imo 6/10 |
| Story totally went downhill after the fight with Legato started. I didn't like how they tried to 'redeem' Legato and the previous demon king by making the devils' side sympathetic, and making the angels as shitty as possible, that had gone a total 180 on me, it felt rather forced. However, the idea itself was alright. For shame! The beginning of the series was pretty interesting, and while the story was about solving one case after another, it was still pretty good. Idamaria's introduction gave me hope that this would be better, however soon quickly after, Idamaria got so unbearably annoying. :/ Kucabara was just way too naive, or kind(?). I really dislike how sometimes he really take it way too far, even willing to break off his friendship with Bichula to help a total (suspicious) stranger. Shugarl's development also came out of nowhere, while it's cool, it still felt abrupt. This series could have been much better but it didn't. As evident, it took me way too long to complete the series. I have been anticipating for Shin Angyo Onshi for quite a while now, apparently that series was done by the same mangaka(s), so I am hoping that it doesn't end up as a disappointment. The readers seem to be quite satisfied with SAO too, as shown in the rating,. |

| it was really good at the first few chapters when it's all about cases, but suddenly turned into a battle shounen manga. not to mention there're a lot of 'wtf' plot-twists, (tbh I hate most of its twists). and the conclusion for some characters were suck, e.g Elimona. Kucabara knew everything from the beginning but didn't kill Elimona at the first place, if that the case Elimona should've get a 'non-dead' ending, but in fact Kucabara still kill her in the end... what the heck, that's simply out of his character. well, 7/10. I really want to give it 8 since I enjoy it a lot at the first few chapters, but I can't.. just can't. |
