I'm mostly Italian, with Swiss heritage from my mother and grandfather, and French genes from my father. One of my grandmothers was from the East Europe, Croatia or Czechoslovakia, don't remember. I have some British and American relatives, too.

Italian Immigrant and Lithuanian though I know very little about Lithuanian side.

I spent most of my time growing up with my Mom's family and I grew up in an area that was very heavily made up of several generations of Italian Immigrants. (I really didn't realize until middle school there were other branches of Christianity outside of being Roman Catholic, because I had never meet anyone who wasn't Roman Catholic.) Culturally, outside of just being American, I lean to the Italian Immigrant side in terms of taste in food and a sub culture within American culture. When I visited my friend's home and asked "Was this owned by an old Italian lady before you moved in?" I was quite right. There is just something about old Italian ladies and a certain type of light fixtures, marble floors, and heavy drapes with ludicrous valances.

My Dad's side of the family is a bit more mysterious. My Grandparents came over from Lithuania as toddlers and were raised in Pennsylvania coal mining country. My Dad's side of the family really more PA Coal miners in culture then anything else.

All in all I'd just consider myself American and a Pennsylvanian.

My bloodline traces back through most European countries, but it is not a thing that is too heavily embraced and I am fine with that; it is not your heritage that defines you.

I don't know much of my heritage and I don't believe it exactly says much about me, partially due to the fact that I live in America and here we're just "American". As well as because I don't think my bloodline can really say anything about who I am.

Anyways, From what I've been told I'm mostly Scotch-Irish, with my Great Grandfather (or my Great-Great Grandfather, can't remember which) was 100% Native American (Cherokee I think...) I've also got some German and English heritage. I've also heard stories that I'm a descendant of Pocahontas (which would also make me Powhatan) and possibly John Smith which just makes the whole ordeal even more confusing.

Who really even knows...These are just things my grandfather once told me. I don't fully remember, but he either researched it all himself or one of his parents kept records of our family history.

Born and raised in Canada.

On my mom's side, I'm half-Filipino. She was born in Manila but my Lolo (grandfather) was born and raised in one of the northern provinces and was descended from fishermen (but he himself was a veterinarian). Not sure where my Lola (grandmother) was born, as she was orphaned at a young age.

On my dad's side, I'm half-Japanese. My dad, like me, was born and raised in Canada. Actually, his mother (my grandmother) was born in Canada, too, but was raised in Japan. My paternal grandfather was born and raised in Niigata, descended from farmers, we think.

Mainly Indian with a touch of Sri Lanka.

But it doesn't say much about me, I don't really have much connection to my heritage apart from with my parents and their social functions.

I was born and bred in Britain, so I personally feel more british than Indian. My acquaintances in India call me a Brit-Indian.

On my dad's side it's mostly Danish and British. His relatives can be traced back to the pilgrims, I believe.

Basically, I'm about as white as white gets. xD
