Who is your favorite female character?
| Personally I find all the girls in the same age group as Ohana boring, some are even annoying (Hi Yuina). I like Ohana in the first episode or so, but she kinda follows the peacemaker girl archetype My favorite character is Ohana's mother because she is just fun! I like how she has Ohana all figured out and how Ohana rages when she does that. Also one of my favorite quotes Did you (Ko) expect to watch porn with me? |

| Tomoe, definitely. I agree with Confucius on Ohana, she was a good character at the start, then went a bit meh. Minko is just annoying most of the time. |

| Hmmn. Probably Sui? or Ohana? I think these characters have the best character development. Really not sure who's my favorite but one thing is definite. Minko is definitely at the bottom of my list or better yet to say, out of my list. Her actions throughout the series makes me want to hate her (she's super selfish, annoyingly bad-mouthed and always overly jealous). If her reason for being like this is solely because of her one-sided love for Tohru then she isn't fit to love at all. Who knows she might even turn worse if Tohru gets a girlfriend. Tohru isn't her possesion, 'ya know. She also doesn't have any right to blame someone for having these unrequited feelings. With this said, she shouldn't be angry to Ohana. She should be angry to herself for not even trying. That's why I don't find myself sympathizing with her either. In the immaturity part, she even beats Ohana imo. Dunno why she is rated first in this poll. Yeah she's pretty but that's about it. That's the only good thing about her. |

| Its a no brainer to like Ohana, from episode 1 and up, I've been following her and watching how she slowly develops and gain insightful new perspectives from her life at the Inn. Satsuki is my second choice, because she so much fun, strong and independent woman! She is the hottest female character in the series. As a child, she was cuter than Ohana. Minko was in the middle of my ranking, but now she near the bottom, because of the few episodes of her behavior toward Ohana and others, she very hypocritical... I think she was only voted first back than, when this thread was created or simply ignoring her faults, because she a tsundere and she cute... |

Actually, inserting tsundere characters in a plot makes it more interesting. I also quite like some tsunderes myself. Some of them are really cool imo. It's just that with Minko it's an entirely different case. Maybe I'd like her if she was a tsundere who doesn't speak much. |

| Ohana is nice, hardworking and also cute at times, especially when Koichi calls her on the phone. Nako is the cutesy of them all! But she's the kind of girl who is timid and wants to show her friends the real her who is much more livelier. Minko, though she has a really sharp tongue, is actually a kind girl inside. Yuina is way to cheerful though. It takes quite awhile before one can have a serious talk with her. To me, I dislike her as she can be really irritating. The best girl in my opinion would be Ohana as I can easily relate to her. Somehow, how I would think if I were in ohana's shoes is exactly the same as what she thinks. |

Myself I voted Sui with Satsuki and Tomoe not far behind. Why? Well she evolves through the whole series really well thanks mostly to Ohana...by the end you could see she really did love her grandaughter after such a rocky start. I liked the whole idea that respect and love from Sui is not given...it is earned. Takako was another good example of that, I think Sui started to like her at the end as she was whipping Enishi into shape in her stead. =) |
