| According to Saitama Newspaper, most of the votive picture tablets ("Ema") of AnoHana were stolen from Chichibu Shrine, one of the model places of the anime. Thirty to forty Emas had been drawn by AnoHana fans and dedicated to the shrine but only a few remained now.
