Not really it's just that Kurotabo himself is the strongest demon that we have seen being weared by Matoi yet. Of course it won't compare with Tsurara because she is young and still weak. |

Also that Rihan is a master at using this technique, he's the one who invented it after all. We've seen Rikuo use Matoi with Kuro, but that was when he'd only just learned it and was really being taught by Kuro, so it makes sense that Rihan's would be stronger. |
