| I think I read way too fast. I think I picked up a tendency of reading fast because I read a bunch of it online where there is a boatload of material to get through especially if I'm just starting a longer series. When I buy manga volumes I still have a bad tendency to read it really fast, which is bad because I can only buy so many per payday. On one snow day about a month ago when I wasn't doing anything else, I read at least 2 big obnibus Full Contact Edition Tenjo Tenge volumes in one day, that was tons and tons of pages. A few nights ago I read almost the whole Chobits Omnibus Edition Vol. 1 (only 2 omnibus volumes, short manga!) in one night (about 700 pages). I probably started around 7pm and I read until like 3:30am, so that is a solid 8hrs I suppose. So that is 480 minutes total in 8 hrs. So that translates to me reading about 87 pages per hour or 43 pages every thrity minutes, which is still a pretty brisk pace. Not in school anymore now unfortunately, so I don't have anywhere near the amount of time to randomly spam manga chapters almost whenever I wanted to outside of class since you cant really do that in most workplaces. I never really get to do big chunks of anime watching/manga reading now unless its the weekend (and I'm not out running errands or doing yardwork) or unless I'm on break or vacation. I think I have a tendency to sort of read manga like novels where I just skim over the artwork and mostly focus on reading dialogue unless there is a dialogue-less panel. I need to start making more of an effort to appreciate the artwork and try to imagine the scene/setting haha. |

| It's depend. For example with Inugami of Masaya Hokazono I can read a volume in like 20-25 minutes. |

| Wow I'm really slow in this regard. I hardly am able to finish reading more than 100 chapters per day. Sometimes it drops down to 80 chapters per day as was the case when I was reading eden no ori. I often re read a part I don't understand until I get an idea what the author means or is trying to say. |

| When i find a really enjoyable manga, I like to slow pace with it. | Faster than most people I assume I know my reading speed is higher than most, so I imagine that would translate to manga Most things I read are relatively short, so I finish them in one sitting |

| I usually read 3 manga at a time i would read like 50 chapters in one than mabe like 20 in others. i have a friend who reads like 200 chapters a day and barely remembers what he read. It depends on the manga some like berserk i read really fast others like d gray man i tend to read a bit slower i like to make sure i dont miss any thing when i read |

| I can typically read one volume in 15 minutes. Closer to 25 if it has a lot of dialogue like Bakuman or Onanie Master Kurosawa, or closer to 10 if the manga doesn't have much dialogue or if I find it boring so I just read it fast so I can get it over with. |

If one does not like the mangf and starts rushing it, he/she'll definitely miss those and will end up having even worse impression of the title, than he already had. Therefore I tend to take things slowly and take my time appreciating this or that aspect of manga. |

As for me, a volume takes around 20 minutes, more or less. I like to skim. |

| Reading through this thread makes me realize how incredibly slow I am. I take about 30 minutes per chapter. Sometimes 15 minutes if I'm in the mood, but I can't help it. One chapter feels like a 24-minute anime episode to me. I really need to work on this. |

| About one a day, unless i have absolutely nothing at all to do all day and i'm just siting their reading. If i do that i can probably read 3. I try to take my time though, stretches out that nice feeling of having a fresh new manga in your hands. |
