The comedy was done really well, the art didn't go lazy for me, the drama wasn't mediocre. Overall I loved this episode. |

| Well that was entertaining. Himeko's a cook, but I somehow expected that. It takes a refined taste pallete to like Pelocan. Good episode, and nice cliffhanger Yabas! @3@ |

I'm glad Yaba-what's-her-face had to leave. She annoys me. Next up we have Tsubaki vs. Shinzou. I got a feeling Shinzou's going to lose. I like both of them so it's fine either way. I was cheering for Himeko this episode, though. How that student council guy is a supposed chick magnet bishounen is beyond me. There's nothing so special about him. I'll stick with Switch and his bizarre text messages. XD |

| Yay, finally a double episode and some action, the series needed it quite badly (although it seems kind of a plot string used solely to please battle-hungry teenagers). Oh, and some great Mister Ajikko references too, will we get Asita no Joe ones next ? |

| Interesting storyline......but BADLY executed episode. If they had revolved the story around a PRIZE that is actually good or serious then I would've found this more enjoyable. Seriously, that fugly girl needs to go away and never come back! Also, I really hope this series eventually gets into a better rhythm, it's too random right now. |
| I think this is the part where the editor told the author of the manga to do a full arc to makes things more interesting for the manga. With all the stand-alone episodes we've had, it's possible that it was kind of slipping in the rankings and needed something different to do. Thank you Bakuman. And so far I really like it. Himeko in an apron is fine too. I lol'd at the fat dude with the paper bag at 04:56 when they were still missing a member. And obvious references are obvious. Looking forward to Switch's battle and the final battle between the leaders. |

I don't really have a problem watching a comedy with some random events and no coherent plot for a few episodes but if this show indents to have a tone of episodes then it will just be tiring. |

| Boy that went by quickly....great episode, but I knew Himiko was in trouble when the student council guy went simple. As anyone who watches the food network knows simple done perfectly is a real sign of skill. Who would have guessed that Himiko is such a homemaker? |

| I felt bad for Himeko losing when she tried so hard. I think she deserved to win more than that nanpa. Her frustrated face was sad :c I'm glad that the fat chic is gone. I really think that she's annoying. And bailing on the people who are interring a contest (mainly) for you? For a monkey? without even bothering with bringing someone to fill in? | 5/5 for Agato's laugh and the Student Council Diaries! I guess that I tend to like those episodes, which involve the Student Council. So I hope there will be more of them in the following episodes too. (Ok, I've already pretty much spoiled myself about what will happen.. and when) I didn't understand that 3mouth thing at all in the beginning of the episode, but now yeah.... It wasn't my cup of tea, but who cares.. Mimorin was cute asking about the sum of money and Shinba, again.. brilliant. :3 |
| I hadta gush over the fact that I actually recognized some of the cooking series parody judges during the cooking section of the tournament. Namely spoofs on the mc's from Mister Ajikko and Cooking Papa. Both anime I want to watch btw, and definitely would have watched by now if I could but can't for similar reasons. The only english subs I've found for Mister Ajikko are nearly incomprehensible garbage. To the point where I tapped out after 2 episodes purely because of them. And Cooking Papa just straight up has no english subtitles anywhere that I could find. I actually resorted to watching a few episodes of it I found on youtube a couple years back that weren't even in Japanese either, just to see what it was like. And yeah, I'd love to be able to watch both one day. But uh yeah SKET Dance. Good stuff again as usual. |
| Ahhh the start of our first arc! Excited to see what else this arc holds as I believe this is a 3 episode arc. Overall, this was one of the best episodes imo. The comedy really hits and this is an interesting rendition of a tournament-esque arc? xDD 10/10 |
| Surely the mouth, lol. As if a shameless request wasn't already bad enough, Yabas had the audacity to bail out on Sket-Dan on top of that. But it led to a tournament arc so I won't complain. Tons of references again. An obvious Dragon Ball one, but it took me a bit to remember that the Colony Drop was out of Gundam. Not sure where the judging cooks were from. Food Explosion came to mind. |

| NOO Himeko crying she didn't deserve to lose :c Great seeing her shine this ep, she's one of the better written sole-female in a trio (like Kagura!) and I like her half-gothic character design >3< Looking forward to see the outcome of this arc, so far it has me hyped but hopefully it'll refrain from being too dragged |
