He was asked to write a sequel to Mahou Shoujo Madoka★Magica but he has been irresolute about the offer. He said he wanted to be a novelist but "I have never read any serious literature. I was only interested in entertainments with oppai (breast) and explosion." "It's nothing special for me to make cool girl characters armed but that's not the case with others. | Sequel for Madoka? Pfft. Masterpieces don’t need sequels. But another anime by Urobuchi-shi is certainly going to be delicious. Who knows, maybe even Saya no Uta will be adapted one day. |

I really hope they don't make a sequel for Madoka though, the anime finished perfectly, continuing it would feel cheap. I'm fine with spinoff manga. Maybe they could do a few remake movies in 10 years or something though, lol. |
| Madoka doesn't need a sequel, plus Fate/Zero is coming out in Autumn, so I'm guessing it isn't referring to that. Shall be looking forward to what he does though, his stories are great. |

| I'd like to see Gen Uroubuchi and Mohiro Kitoh write an anime together. With the success of Madoka, it'd be nice to see a really good anime adaptation of Kitoh's works, and i think Gen Urobuchi is the one who can pull it off. |

| I'm fine with it I guess as long as its better than s1. On the other hand, I'll be really interested in watching a prequel of madoka magica the main characters would be charlotte and the rest of the witches that we saw in madoka magica and that would be another tragic anime, more darker than madoka. |
