| Volumes 1-8 are out. If you are going to buy them do it now tokyopop is closing it u.s. Production. It will soon be out of print. I don't know if they are releasing the 9th and final volume. |
| sorry for the late response. these novels are interlaced between the volumes/chapters of the manga. Some of what happens in the later chapters of the manga VERY LIGHTLY references the novels. Not reading the novels will not affect how the manga reads, they mainly add a bit of meat to the overall Karin experience. |
