I was expecting it this summer. Oh well at least I know when it will air. And Kajiura nonetheless.
This is going to be awesome.
Though the wait is going to be unbearable >.<
Rereading the novel while waiting :D
"Isn't life, by nature, a contest decided by a single round? However trifling the matter, it's not possible to return to the last save point by pushing some reset button." - Kazuki Hoshino, Hakomari, Vol. 1
We're going to hear copypasta Kajiura shit again, just great. The woman haven't written an original piece in years, rehashing and rearranging her earlier works instead. Her music was shit and out of place in KnK, it was shit and out of place in Madoka, now what? Just quit already, if you don't have a talent to write something original again.
And they could've asked better composers to do the soundtrack for Fate/Zero...dunno, Hibino Norihiko or Tanaka Kouhei or, hell, bring Omori Toshiyuki who did Tsukihime OST back.
If it ends up a censored mess or is self censored because of what's in the novel I'm going to be pissed. In fact, I know I'm gonna be nitpicking it as it goes on so I'll just be even more angry about it.
Regardless, I can't wait to see it and I hope they do a faithful adaptation.

From what I've heard, Fate/Zero is basically what Fate/Stay Night would have been had Nasu been capable of crafting a sophisticated - or, at least, flowing - narrative (not that this will matter at all in the anime) and had all the harem-lite stuff and sex scenes been replaced with an overdose of extreme manliness.
So... Fall huh. I hoped that it would be summer, but its not a problem, best projects actually come in Spring and Fall.
After seeing screenshoots of trailer... I cried a bit. Yeah, this constant chills trough my spine will stay for few hours. Thank you yet again, ufotable.

Maybe if you live in a parallel world it was out of place. She has been doing the same thing for god knows how long, but heh, if there's one series in which she made the perfect soundtrack alongside with a good sound director, it's KnK. I kinda agree about Madoka, though.
It seems this autumn season will be a strong one. I expect SnS3 to appear in it as well. This two are anyway on top plan to watch list...Started reading the light novel and it seems pretty interesting so all the more reasons for both of them.
