| I'm still liking the extra development but this was probably the weakest chapter thus far. But I guess that's probably because I don't care for Kanae... at all. |
| Hmmm I don't remember this stuff from the movie at all! Really I barely remember what happened after Toono parted ways with Akari... The story really feels different after they got really separated... SO this is the story of Takaki at middle and part of high school... and the girl that loves him there back since middle school... Geh.... Stupid girl... she should be a little bit bolder... she should ask him whether she can be with him or whatever... but in the end he's really awesome... Really... Having the time to attend everyone is cool... And being kind and help as much as possible... shows us that he has grown into a fine man... Poor dude... losing a dear friend has really made him a melancholic one.. and a mysterious one too... Signs, Green |

| Slightly deeper than the movie. Explains how they got closer which wasn't present there. A cultural festival, huh? And some minor scenes too such as Toono meeting Kanae's sister on the beach. It's also funny to see how much thought she put into which drink she should buy that maximises her cuteness lol |
