| Professor must have been watching K-ON! on tv and got the idea for the cat ears from Azu-nyan. Lol @ that lady the mohawk guy was talking to. McDonald's fries, Starbucks, Tamagotchi pet and an iPod...livin' the life. I have a feeling there's going to be a few edits or gifs from the way Mai was stroking that doll... "God is dead" I love Sakamoto, getting Professor to mess the doll up further, and then running away when Nano came home. That Helvetica Standard part was so weird. Was the music used in the background created from Vocaloids? I just read the manga chapter to the part with the drawings a few days ago, it was so hilarious, I was really looking forward for it being animated. Glad it came so soon. The anime version was hilarious too. I just love Nichijou. |

| NO!!!!!! Wheres the song. I wanted the Jan Ken Pon song. The beginning was just random with the cat ears. Sakamoto and the Professor laughing just made ma want to laugh. |

| Still hilarious. The best parts were the medium, the short tower of blocks segment and Yuuko explaining the turning tables game in extreme detail only to have Mio say she isn't interested. |

It's the funniest random comedy since Azumanga, that one is for sure. And the level of randomness is even higher. It certainly appeals to me more than those romcoms with donkan-tsundere-deredere love triangles. And this episode? Oh well, it was probably the best, or second best, thus far. Seriously, if it don't get any worse during those 20 yet-to-be-aired episodes, I'll give it a flying 10. |

| "God is dead". It's hilarious because of its tempo, although the usage of this phrase in nonsense joke is cliche. This is a phrase of Nietzsche, meaning "the death of the existing principles". It is equivalent to Heraclitus' phrase "Panta rhei (everything flows)”. The idea is similar to Buddhism: mujou - the view of life as transient. Therefore the girl asks "Can I see your Maitreya (Miroku)?", sparrows fly and the main title "Nichijou (everyday life)" comes; perfect flow. Also the crouching start and the sunglasses graffiti scene were nice. |

The tower block segment was so short, but GOLD. I was kinda slow not to pick up the fact that Mio would eventually draw some risque yaoi. That's gonna be a pretty awkward quiz. Overall I found this episode average; I'm not sure if I'm gonna continue watching it. |

| great, i laughed at every thing in this episode, maybe this is my favorite episode so far. so far this is a 9/10 but it could easily become a 10/10, and maybe even become a favorite :D |
