But, if there are new releases, I download them with mIRC. If it's a complete serie I always use torrents. I <3 Batch torrents

Neat site dude!
Only problem is that you can't see the cursor at some points... not that i care ;)

nice one.

Thanks!
Yeah that's a Firefox 3 problem. :(
With the old Firefox and IE, I actually see the cursor all the time...
I think it's because I work with DIV-Layers.

Hope you'll download stuff there! :P

Unlicensed anime: torrents. I either go on Animesuki, Tokyo Toshokan or the fansub group's site.

Licensed anime: various stores/websites. If it's cheap and it's a site I trust I'll get it there.

unlicensed manga: download scans from scanlator's sites. Also, I like going on One Manga.

Licensed manga: One Manga, or buy from stores/sites. Like the licensed anime, I'll get them cheap if I trust the place. I go to a local bookstore, they aren't that huge of a place but they were the first place in town to have manga so I like to support them and buy a book at the retail price.

I have a terrible internet connection so if I can I'll rent or borrow from the library. If not I try to download from Realitylapse (because of their smaller file size), crunchyroll or youtube.

Buy anime series I like usually from JBHIFI or online.

Buy my manga from JustManga, Tamarket or sometimes Borders.

I only download my english dubbed/dual audio anime in AVI/MP4 format and/or MKV/OGM format, and as for where and how I download, I use torrents, IRC, and MegaUpload.

As for my manga, I either get it from friends/family, my public library, or Barnes & Noble.

I use torrents if it's a new anime or something that is really beautiful.
Other than that I download the original .FLV with a mozilla firefox add-on and watch it on the VLC Player. The original .FLV is about 80-85% the quality of the .AVI, .MKV and etc. But Half the filesize. A High-Quality .FLV is about 105mb

Sites I use(in order)
Torrents:
Anirena.com(excellent update speed and always good seeding)
AnimeSuki
Getfansub.com

.FLV's:
Zomganime.com
Veoh.com
Anilinkz.com

Am I the only who uses 'animedownloads.us' .. x.x'
Other than that, veoh for a few streams ad doesn't have.

I plan to use onemanga for manga sometime, when I'm bored enough to actually read some.

Manga:Library, Barnes and Noble, Half-Price Books, Borders, Bedrock City Comics, this anime collectibles story in the mall that I can't remember the name of now, etc.

Anime: Fry's, Best Buy, Half-Price Books, Replay/ Movie Exchange, Amazon.com, ebay, and the library if they have it. I also watching it if it airs on a tv station.

For things that have only been fansubbed, I usually try to find them put up on Youtube by other people. I try not to do downloading of fansubs or buy fansubs on bootelg DVDs and see all my anime as legally as possible.

For the most part, what I've seen is what I have bought, though more recently I've been seeing more obscure or rare titles through torrents.

So when I'm not using torrents, I'm trying to find them streamed somewhere, like on Youtube or AnimeNewsNetwork or Hulu.

And when I actually make purchases - usually on special occasions, and on holidays from family members - I use Robert's Anime Corner Store, RightStuf.com, AnimeCastle.com, ebay, Best Buy, and Borders, in no particular order. I usually save my merchandise buying for cons because I have a harder time finding merchandise than I do different series. I usually check all of those places out.

Personally I do tend to buy most of my stuff in person rather than through online orders (there's just some sensational feeling about holding that series in your hands as you go to get it rung up), but most of my stuff has probably been shipped to me as Christmas/birthday gifts.

Nowadays, either I buy it, rent it via Netflix, stream it or direct download fansubs. I used to torrent in college. But with my ISP forbidding use of P2P, I settled on streaming and DDL if I needed to snag any anime.
