I'm disappointed with Fractale series. I've expected some nice cyberpunk-postapocalypse action, without fanservice.
Plot is poor.
Director had no prior experience with legit anime titles.

Okaaaay, this sounds kind of like a troll-post, but I'll assume the best of you here...

Anyway, I'm nowhere near this series' biggest fan, but I do think you're being a bit hard on it. The ecchi's annoying as heck (the characters' reactions to it, really), but it's there for a reason. The series seems to be making a point here about human contact and how secluded the people living under the fractale system really are. Most people just live around doppels with very little contact with other humans, and it'd be natural for them to overreact if they were exposed to all real people all of a sudden like Clain was. Are Clain's freak-outs over Phryne or whoever the best way to show this? Heck no, but it's still got a deeper purpose than just annoying the viewer to death like it's doing to you.

Anyway what can expect from girl who gave 9 points to such things like Toradora(ohsavemyteenagetears), RahXephon(cloned eva) and Higurashi( typical meat shooter with scare grapics, bigheadlolis, and without sense or plot).

Anyway, not everyone has the same tastes...Fractale was unique, but there were just a few things here and there that kind of made it awkward for me, though memeki's reasoning seems pretty sound to explain it. I'm quite positive most people think this could have been better, but it doesn't deserve all the bashing.

Also, Higurashi has no plot? You're joking, right?

The art work was good, which kinda hids the whole darkness of the whole temple and the lost millinium. overall I enjoyed it. The trio reminds me of the trio in nadia the secret of the blue water. The design and feel of the first episode reminds me of some of Miyazaki's earlier movies. Especially Laputa with the air ships.

The story was ok. considering it was 11 episodes.
