| 5/5 Hilarious ep. By far the best anime of the season. |
| Wha…? No, seriously, what? This was utterly random… Unfortunately it was my least favorite episode so far, but that’s just because I basically loved all the episodes before. This one wasn’t bad at all…it was just a little bit too wacky, even for me. Still, I laughed…quite a bit. The parody was generally well done and I still ladore the fact that this show isn’t loosing its novelty. Also seeing Baka tolling someone else besides “us” was a fun change. Hm...the more I think about it, the more it grows on me. Oh, well... |

| I was sure people would have noticed by the previous episode that this is not the type of show that really has a central plot that goes anywhere. But I said from episode 1 that a lot of people would get turned off later when they realized its a show composed of several different arcs rather than a single story, and changes its tone and occasionally even its genre by each new arc. Personally, as someone who doesn't usually like this type of humor, I was surprised to find that I actually did kind of find the Color Ranger arc to be funny in the manga, and I liked seeing it here in the anime as well. Its certainly not for everyone, but compared to most of the crappy moe shows that come out these days and are made out to be comedies, this stuff is easily much better. At any rate, I enjoyed this episode quite a bit, but its also definitely the weakest episode to have come out in the anime, so far. |

| I dunno. This show tries too hard to be wacky and zany. The voice for the Red Ranger didn't help either. Too much incoherent noise. Sensei was fun for a few seconds but the show is mediocre. Given the way the story is told, there aren't any characters to like or even be interested in. As someone mentioned in a previous post, there isn't any development so far. I suppose there's still time for it but by the time the story gets off the ground, I don't think that I'll care. |

The thing is, this probably isn't the series for you, then. Its not really trying too hard to be zany since that's basically just what its been since the beginning. The first episode mislead a lot of people into believing that the series would have a serious premise, but it was actually just written as an experimental manga by Togashi to try out some new ideas, which is why it didn't even last very long and doesn't have any plot structure. In other words, its just a zany comedy rather than anything that should be taken seriously. If you're not into that sort of thing I think I should warn you that you'll only be further disappointed by the series as it continues with that same sort of style (it has some more serious elements put in later on, but overall it still has no real structure or story). If you're judging it as something more serious, than of course its mediocre (probably worse than that, actually). Its a comedy series so among comedy series, while it isn't great by any stretch, I'd say its given me more chuckles than most anime comedies, at the very least, granted that I am rarely a fan of the various styles of humor used in anime, so its quite surprising that I even enjoy this series at all since I typically don't like this style of humor, but for whatever reason I just enjoy seeing it in this series. |

| The Prince is a child Abducter....and erm, prober. I really like the whole video game sort of feel to this and I can't wait to see what happens when they meet Kraft :D |
| The funniest part was when baka ouji sent the message: Hey, I'm the prince of planet Dogura. I'm coming to kidnap u now, thanks." that was hilarious. also poor kraft I have a feeling he's gonna be screwed |

| Oh god...I think laughing this much is going to seriously kill me! I didn't expect that the Prince would actually carry out his plan and turn elementary students into Earth Rangers. Their transformations and shouts were hilarious! And as if the Prince wasn't already cool and funny enough, he wears sunglasses and tries to play the guitar in this episode! And his "dance" was funny too! I can't wait for next episode. Poor Kraft maybe? |

| I kinda like this formula of making each episode some sort of mini-story that only loosely involves the main plot. It kind of reminds me of Durarara!!'s urban legends, was interesting seeing the story from so many viewpoints. I'd say this was a good episode, excellent job again to introduce and differentiate about seven new characters within a 20 minute time frame. There are some series that struggle to do that within 20 episodes. I must be getting old for me to be laughing at these old school RPG references *laughs*. |

| I find myself hoping that the trip to Yamagata brings us back some of the characters from the first 3 episodes...that would be nice. I haven't had my fill of them just yet. |
