| Tsunderes are everywhere, but I've always been a fan on Yanderes their just ridiculously cool....and creepy o.O. My favourite would be Nanami Yasuri from Katanagatari...she was pretty damn awesome..and completely unstoppable...o.O. So now it's your turn! Who's your favourite Yandere and why? | By definition, a yandere is not "sweet who becomes insane", but "sweet who becomes insame because of a love interest". I'd put Sonozaki Shion as my favorite, but So I'll go with Kotonoha - School Days. |
| Remember, Rena Ryuugu is acutally yangire. But indeed, Sonozaki Shion is yandere to Satoshi. Yes, it was caused by a disease, but whatever... My favourite yandere? Well, Yandere is my favourite type of character. I always loved Katsura Kotonoha from School Days and Sonozaki Shion from Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni. BUT everything has changed when I saw this new anime. And then I read the manga it was based on and I adored her even more. Gasai Yuno IMO Queen of Yandere. 'Nuff said. |

| Seiji from Durarara has to be my fav', the reason being: - we know little about the character - he's a rare of a male yandere - he's proven to be a head case - he's pretty much stated it's only a matter of time before he plays up again - he's involved in a yandere triangle; his 'victum' arguabely isn't a victum at all but a crazy 'M' Clever writing within this set-up, though it's a shame this author only breifly touches upon stories. Leaving details to the imagination can be great, but honestly... :/ |
