| Not the ending I was expecting, but it was all right. I laughed at the, "I hate adults!" part. So Maya has been doing that yelling stuff since she was a kid, huh? |

It is the same phone call in the special and in episode 1 - directly after the opening - when she left the Shinkansen. |

| I thought the specials were cute, but I guess I wanted to see more Bunmei so I was a little disappointed. Tsucchi dying just added to my sadness over Bunmei's death. Especially since they couldn't have a funeral for him since his younger self was right there. They basically lost Bunmei, memories and all, and they can't show it. So it felt like the Tsucchi burial highlighted that loss. :[ |
