| One of the best recap episodes I have seen. The combination of scenes and the music was very good. I felt that there were some noticable gaps though. Looking forward to seeing what happens after the time skip. 4/5 |

| in summary, this episode serves 1 purpose, to show us exactly why (in 24 minutes no less) TTGL shits right the fuck over all other anime. the way they did this was quite good as well, they actually put some effort into it, and the compilation eyecatches were awesome to see. |

| That was actually a decent recap episode. Seeing Kamina again was nice, the music choice was ...interesting, and I loved all the drawings/sketches they showed during the credits, that was cool to see. Looks like the next arc is 7 years later and Simon has a new voice actor (he is in his 20s now, I think). That'll take a bit to get used to. I wonder if Nia and those two kids and Forehead also have new voice actors? We shall see. |

| Pretty boring. A recap episode was not needed at all. Although I like how they featured all of the eyecatches form episodes 1-15! The pronunciation of Adiane's name has always bugged me though! Based on my understanding of Japanese phonetics (which is limited as I have only learned it from anime lol), I feel like her name should be pronounced: "Ah-dee-ah-neh" but they always say it like: "Ah-dee-ne"!!!!! Ugh! Interesting I would not expect them to skip 7 years into the future. I thought that whatever was gonna come would have come right away. Next episode seems pretty cool though. |

| Dropped this show at episode 5 a year ago. Continued from episode 7 a few months ago and dropped it again after the first episode. Read the list of episodes summary for episode 8 about 10 hours ago and saw that Kamina was going to die. That's what got me back into this anime -- the character that everybody loves dying. I actually like the show now that he's gone, and some of their old hijinks are back with the last few episodes (I completely skipped the beach episode), but for the most part, it's more enjoyable and less obnoxious. I absolutely love time skips. Always have, love it when we get to see how characters have grown and changed. How the world's changed. Simone is my favourite character (if only because he is the least obnoxious, the most fleshed out and not just a fanservice character with superficial depth). So, uhh, maybe Simone is just my least hated character, then. Oh well, he was the only character I was excited about seeing change. Hearing him in the PV (English dub), looks like Lelouch is spearheading this operation. Hopefully, Simone also takes lessons from Lelouch's personality and smarts. Umm, yeah, right, the recap episode. Skipped most of it. I'm sure TV watchers and people who dropped this series (which I really can't blame) and people who don't care about the first part get a lot more out of this than someone like me. So, despite the fact that I think it's a good recap, I gave it 2/5 on the poll because I, personally, did not find it very good for someone like me, who's seen all the previous episodes. |

| Recap was well done, something other than just literally a few scenes put after each other without any other editing. Anyhow, preview mentioning that seven years have passed ... looked REALLY interesting, excited for it. |

| Recaps are naturally bad. But why rile up the audience by saying it's a gonna be a great compilation that's done the proper way, only to be stiched up flashbacks? Yeah I zoned out and skipped til the end. There have been awesome recaps. One of the top of my head is the Dennou Coil one where the story up til now is retold from one of the main character's brother, a side character that's being constantly bullied by her oppressive sister lol. Stuff like complaining to the mum to change to a western cereal breakfast and then disliking it after three days and forcing the brother to eat it under the 'official mum endorsed' more food more growth policy. Another is standalone complex, where all the previous investigative information in regards to the laughing man case are covered as well as an online virtual discussion where further leads are made. They saved money by using the same scene in the live virtual discussion show and using footage that they will use again in the future. Similar to Ergo Proxy which was a quiz show. |

| Well, it was nice to see some of the best scenes compiled again. Although I expected the recap part to be at most 10 minutes, so that the other half of the episode is left for new content. At least that's how they are done usually. Whatever. Certainly not the best recap episode I've seen. Kill la Kill's 1.5 minute recap from Senketsu goes unrivaled. I also have a sensation that Lordgenome is actually "a good guy" (as much as a guy like him could be), in a sense that he's trying to "protect" humanity from some ridiculous space force. We'll see. |

| It's crazy how the series continues past episode 15. It's a great series so far and I thought it ended really well around that point. That being said, I'm cautiously excited to see how the rest of the series plays out. |
