Spice and Wolf (light novel)
| So toward the end of episode 1, right before the scene where Horo is putting on Lawrence's fancy clothes, you see Chloe in the barn/church/whatever. The door opens, she asks if it's Lawrence, but instead you see come village elders I'm guessing with a grim look on their faces. I was expecting this to be addressed in episode 2, but it isn't. So my question, is there something more to this scene that I'm missing? Will they show what was so grim that the elders had to talk to Chloe? Or am I just looking too far into the scene, and it was simply a "Sorry, he already left" sort of frown? EDIT: Disregard this, finished the series and my question was answered mid-way through. Not letting me delete this, so an edit will have to suffice |
