Weird but rather interesting episode, especially that ending wouldn't have expected that from Vanilla! Well lets see what happens next! Things sure are getting interesting.

One of the best anime episodes I have ever seen, the ending was so extremely well done it's astounding. Echoing what people said about Vanilla, he redeemed himself in the end!

Awesome episode. At first Vanilla irritates me. But now I'm sorry that he's dead.

I think that's what makes Vanilla's death have so much impact, it's because most of us didn't like him at all in the beginning, but we ended up liking him for what he did in the end. Of course, it doesn't change the fact that he fell in love with Chroniko's body, but he probably did truly love "her" at the end. It's was heartbreaking when he saw "Chroniko's" last expression, unwilling to kiss him.

I kinda liked Vanilla, sad to see him die, but this episode really showed that he was actually a good guy.

the plot thickens as more is revealed about the main characters' pasts.

i wonder where warp's memories are now.

Another great episode. So far I find amazing both the original (and successful) approach of this anime and how it explores themes such as the Dualism and a twisted conception of alienation related to the loss of either the body or the memories.

1- The Planet had an awesome design.
2- The way things move there is very creative.
3- The OST fits well with the episode.
4- It was so sad near the end and Vanilla showed me why he was a good character.
5- The entrance to the memory revealed many things and ties a lot of points together.

This episode proved that the world-building is top quality.

Excellent Episode.

Such a tragic episode YET AGAIN.

Warp peeking into Neyro's memories and finding himself in them, what would he make out of them?

At this point we truly can't say who's god or bad, i think there's something to the other buddy that seems fishy.

Vanilla Noooo!!
Honestly this was really good, seeing his progression throughout the show was really well done. Sure you could argue that at the end of the day he falled in love with Chroniko's body and not so much our main character, but he still strikes me as beeing someone verry genuine so is sad to see him go. Also getting to know that he was trying to raise money to buy his mother a body but let that go for his love for Chroniko :´(

NOOO VANILLA MY GUYYY !!! Seriously what a great character, this scene always makes me cry, and I love all the depth it provides to him.
This episode is my second favorite after the 3rd one, because of Vanilla's scene of course but also because of all the reveals regarding Neiro's character.
Rewatching this show is such a great experience, there were so many things I didn't get the first time.

I appreciate how Kaiba is respectful of Chroniko as he contemplates what kind of man she would be interested in. It's still her body but he had to borrow it to survive.
By the end of this episode we bid farewell to Chroniko, both body and memory. :(

Alas poor Vanilla. Twas not meant to be. You gotta pity and admire him for sacrificing himself for an unrequited love...that was all a lie. Perhaps the saddest part was him imagining Chroniko gazing up at her "hero" when in reality "she" recoiled from him.
A good author leaves the audience enough material to be satisfied with, yet yearning for more.

It's early days, but Vanilla may be my favorite character in this series. He plays the big, dumb role well, but at the same time he has a heart of gold. Sure, he may have liked Kuroneko for his body, but that last act was exceptional. He sacrificed his position and his commitments, choosing instead to transfer Croico's heart somewhere else (and judging by that dripping vial and the scientist's face, the rebels know it too). That lost shot, crying with satisfaction at the shell of Klojko's smiling face, was exceptional.

Someone should've told Vanilla that "Chroniko" is a dude, and the real Chroniko is long gone. Kaiba sure as hell wasn't going to do it, haha.

Also, turns out Kaiba used to be a real piece of work in his previous life as "Warp", but I guess he's taken on a different mentality after losing his memories.
