| Damn such a huge cliffhanger damn what a great story first I thought meh that final sword battle was not really to special it was quite an interesting concept of having someone conscience in a sword! But fuck that ninja with the mask kills just everyone was so surprised when he shot Togame :( But now the most epic battle will be unleashed in the next and final episode! I hope she'll live! Lets see how the battle will end!!! |

| Some backstory, appreciated. So I guess a part of Emonzaemon was taken by Houou and that's why he think they are the same. Nice fight btw. Pengin died, didn't really care. The part with Houou-Shikizaki Kiki was nice, though the fight wasn't anything special unfortunately. TOGAME!!! NOOOOO!!! I wonder if "they" will kill her off or not, both would be a "good" way to go, but I really hope she doesn't die. Man Shichika is fucking pissed for a good reason. I can't wait to see Shichika fucking destroy Emonzaemon. I hope that they will make this the best fight yet. Btw, they have Bita (or whichever Nanami used to strengthen herself), couldn't they use it to make her heal? |

| Holy shit. That was a loaded episode. The way Emonzaemon killed Pengui was cruel, but clever. The last scene of the fight gave me shivers... So we pretty much learned the whole story behind Kiki Shikizaki. They were prophet, but in the end, he couldn't saw how Shichika was going to kill him. That's a shame. But I liked what he said, the whole point of the family being to change the future. I mean if you were able to see the future, wouldn't it be boring if you couldn't change it? I didn't though that Emonzaemon would shoot her like that. I hope she don't die :( There's still a lot of question though : - Who is in reality princess Hitei? - What's her goal? - What was Togame really planning to do with the perverted katana? Anyway, I hop Shichika beat Emonzaemon ass, even if I must admit that I kinda liked him, for an enemy :P |

| Pretty Twisted. RIP Pengin, you didn't deserve that sickening fate. Honestly this show reminds me of Shakugan no Shana (not a good thing) in that the supposed villains (Tomogara) are actually the victims, with the majority of anime fans supporting them. I feel the same with the Maniwa Corps, I liked every one of them (Chouchou and Pengin in particular), and was rooting for them to atleast survive. Unfortunately they all get brutally slaughtered. It seems that I am not the only one more bothered by Pengin's death than Togame getting shot. In fact judging by the comments more people are unhappy with the way Pengin was handled and ultimately slaughtered than the series Main "Protagonist" getting shot.. Go figure. |

| Pretty good episode. But i have to say this anime is in between a 6-7 for me. It's just okay. Fights are usually underwhelming. And the characterization is not very good. I really like the animation though. |

I felt like the Shikazaki Kiki "possession" felt a bit cheap. Other than that, the tonal shift was well done. Pengin's death was horrific; ninja or not, he was a child, and that is an incredibly gruesome and sad way to go. The ending gave be chills. It seems they'll be focusing on the history theme, and the purpose behind the creation of Shikizaki's ties into it. Ironically, Togame's death is returning history to "how it should have been" before Shikizaki altered the future, as Togame's father's death would have "set things right" had he killed her too. I can't help but wonder if Shichika will end up destroying all of Shikizaki's blades. ...ALL of Shikizaki's blades. |

| So Emonzaemon has just become my most hated character in anime. I felt so sad when Pengin got his brain splattered all over the room and poor Togame. Next episode looks like Shichika loses it! |
