I'm not overweight, I got "acceptable" for every single health checkup in school. I'm not the kind of person with "perfect-weight" either.

Height: 153cm

I've been working on my lifestyle, I haven't had a single dessert in over a year.
I have lessened my intake of %1 Milk significantly and replaced it with water.
And I've had at least 2 hours of Cardiovascular exercise a day total for over 6 months.
I have not had anything in the way of bread other than whole grain in over 2 years.
I have decreased my intake of grain and meat products and increased my intake of fruit and vegetable products.
I eat at least 2 cans of vegetables per day. And at least 1 banana.
I calorie count daily and per six hours, I do not allow myself to go over 1800 calories per day, and I do not allow myself to go over 100 calories per hour.

It's by no means easy, but if I keep increasing my regiment, I should be able to go back to 130 pounds someday. I am honestly not working hard enough, for instance, I think that I still drink far too much milk, and eat far too meat, dairy, and grain. 1800 calories is also nothing to gawk at, and I'm likely not making much progress because of this amount. I should also make an attempt to not pay attention to time per day of cardio, and work up to walking, jogging, and running 10 miles per day.

Cardio is not an efficient way to lose fat. Do High Intensity Interval Training and lift some weights.

I'm underweight... But why am I posting this when nobody will care about this post? Am I just +1ing my post count? Very likely. I could say I'm just too lazy to press the backspace, which at this point is true, but I could very well just not press the post message button. That would be so easy, but I don't care. I'm writing this post only because there is no poll. There should be a poll for stuff like this.

Right now, I'm also too lazy to check for spelling/grammar errors, so, yeah. I hate being tired.

I like that you actually responded, rather than ambiguously voted on some poll, because now I know who to identify with.

Cardio is not an efficient way to lose fat. Do High Intensity Interval Training and lift some weights.
Yeah high intensity interval training is definitely very effective, but good job on the whole diet thing. I don't get too sciency with it all. You don't need to force yourself so hard, but if it works for you, then yeah do it. It's your body!

Losing weight is so simple for me.. I just stop stuffing myself until I'm bloated (it's a bad habit of mine). It throws the whole output more than you input principle out of whack, not that I really give a fuck. I've sat at this weight for a while now, and I don't look fat at all. Got no gut yo! ;)
I just switch from stuffing to eating when I'm hungry and until that hunger is satisfied.
Eat less, more often - sure you've heard it before ._.

High Intensity Interval Training helps minimize time, and from my personal experience, feels like a greater workout in general. Unlike with long 2 hour chunks, you could step up your workout a few notches fairly easily, and it won't feel so darn repetitive and boring. I've found my cardiovascular strength has gone up too. Same thing applies to weights, just go hard. People tell you light weights, lots of reps - but really, I've been getting better arms with the whole hardcore thing. I guess it just depends what you're doing. I generally target muscles in groups with squats and stuff.

Don't let your body get too used to your workout, that could be the problem! You got to vary stuff sometimes. Go around, try other peoples methods from time to time.

I'm no expert now, I mean, I only really workout hard on holidays. School days I spent all day on computer, lol. But for me - it works, that's all I'm sayin'
Some things work for people, some don't.

I'm so overweight, I weigh 286 and im 5'9. The only time I leave my home is to go to anime cons or buy anime related merchandise. I have no girlfriend and I don't want one 2D for life lol! Anyway I'm going to try to lose a lil weight before I move to Japan and become a mangaka. I've been working out a little and I look pretty good right now.

I'd have a back up plan in case your goal to become a mangaka back fires, which often happens. But who knows, you're foreign to Japan, and so must have a lot of interesting culture to bring along. And Hirano Kouta, the man who made Hellsing, is overweight, so don't let weight stop you.

No I have a great idea for a manga and I don't need a back up plan. I will become rich and famous almost instantly then i will voice my character in the english dub of the anime.

I'm curious in the ratio between overweight and not-overweight anime fans.

no love for the underweight here :<

Height: 6'4" or 193 centimeters
Weight: 140 pounds or 63.5 kilograms

Almost exactly this. =p Weight is exactly the same but i'm 6'2" or 6'3". I don't exercise but really want to, because although i'm naturally decent athletically my bones ache a lot and i'm 17. xD
