| I can tell that this series is going to be amazing :P A great first episode, I enjoy the animation, and the series is quite funny. I really hope they keep all the jokes that I loved in the manga. |

| pretty good adaptation so far, it's really cool seeing it animated. Keima's voice is decent but jun fukuyama would of been best. I'll follow this for sure. |

| that opening.... i think the guy that animated the op for Eden of the East did this one too (that's a compliment by the way) sure jun's lelouch voice could've fit better but hiro shimono does fine during the comedic sequences (i'm not very fond of jun's comedic voice) however, i'm surprised what they did to elsea, they made her prettier (heck, all of the girls look better) and the voice makes her sound quite cute |

This episode and the announcement of second season: Keima and Elsee looks much more mature here. Not that I'm complaining, Elsee is hot!! Music and character design is really good. And the voice acting, I couldn't ask for more. Some changes were made but it turned out better than I imagined. A perfect first episode and easily skyrockets as my favorite show this season. Next episode now!!! |

| I read the manga and I gotta say I'm a bit disappointed with the first episode... Hmmm... The soundtrack isn't that good... But it was an ok episode, still.... They could've done better to portray the first chapter of the manga... I also personally don't like the OP... And "Capturing God" is definitely better than "God of Conquest", subbers should realize that! |

The comedy is one very strong value going for the manga and I know this, but I'm just hoping the anime manages to convey some sort of serious tone here. I was kinda feeling that way too in the beginning, but the rest of the show was great, so it didn't really bug me. I'm figuring it was just Ayumi. Or maybe we'll just blame it on the runaway spirit. The translations were a little strange, but not too bad. If I see something like "The ending is clear at this point" I'll rage though XD. |

| the OP was a bit dissapointing. and they seem to add new/random stuff that weren't even in the manga like the scene where keima's choked by the collar, the scene at the end where he almost fell of the stairs and elsy should've been drawn cuter or simpler. maybe it's just cuz I read the manga I'm biased if I have to comment on the anime adaptation. the manga is more enjoyable imo but I know those who hasn't read the manga will still like the anime. They did well so far. I just hope they'll do better on the second season |

| I feel like I missed the announcement at the beginning of class or something... what's so "OHMYFUCKINGGODTHISISTHEBESTSHOWEVERANDTHEBESTADAPATATIONOFTHEBESTMANGAEVER" about this? It's definitely unique, but it's not LIFE CHANGING. At least, not yet. First episode was good, but I hope every "capture" won't be that shallow >_> Edit: Oh. I figured it out. My mental RAM is full. | I thought it was kind of odd that they didn't really show the kiss even though they did in the FLAG.0 preview. I sure hope this won't continue to be the case for the rest of the season. Other than that, I enjoyed this episode. It pretty much exactly followed the manga, and I'll be more than content if it continues to do so. |
